Solana Devnet will be restarted at 16:00 UTC on June 19th to revert a feature activation.
Expected downtime is minimal. The restart completion will be communicated when devnet is back up.
This does not have any effect on Mainnet.

Block production on Solana mainnet beta resumed at 14:57 UTC, following a successful upgrade to v1.17.20 and a restart of the cluster by validator operators. Engineers will continue to monitor performance as network operations are restored.
The outage began at approximately 09:53 UTC, lasting 5 hours. Core contributors are working on a root cause report, which will be made available once complete.

Validator operators successfully completed a cluster restart of Mainnet Beta at 9:00 PM UTC, following a roughly 4 and a half hour outage after the network failed to reach consensus. Network operators an dapps will continue to restore client services over the next several hours.

Last two days network has had abysmal perf even when not under excessive load. A bug was identified in 1.9

In some cases this bug would overestimate the compute units used by transactions per block, which means that fewer txs end up added to blocks.
