Disappointing we lose another phase 3 MS drug. But THANK YOU for calling out Sanofi's questionable data tactics! Any hope for other phase 3 for MS: Fenebrutinib, Remibrutinib, Mastinib, Frexalimab, Vidofludimus_Calcium?

80% of MS patients have spinal cord injury from scarring and cord atrophy. We are thrilled to see the results of @NervgenP SCI repair after only 12 weeks!
“We achieved our primary endpoint demonstrating improved hand-motor connectivity and showed positive improvement in hand function in the chronic cohort of our Phase 1b/2a trial,” said Mike Kelly, NervGen’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Daniel Mikol, will present the positive study results in-person today at the @ASIA_spine 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting. Yes! BUT - for #MS, remapping joints must come first so that we can then relearn correct functional movements. Many of us have so much compensated movement to start. Brain - joint first then slowly increase movement complexity and strength building. @TheMSGym1

Functional fitness movements work multiple muscle groups simultaneously. This holistic approach helps in developing strength that's usable in daily life scenarios, unlike isolated exercises which might only work one muscle group at a time. So, focus on functional movements for the bulk of your training. Functional fitness exercises that use your own bodyweight include: Squats Push-ups Lunges Burpees Mountain climbers Planks
