An absolute stillness, even the three tails that hanged just above that toned rear were as rigid as tree branches in the water.
But, it wasn't the cold that deterred this movement, it was what Aurou saw.
It was that depth. That inky darkness that occluded the water past the-
-through the water, lifting it up to watch it drip and spill between those calloused, rough digits.

Normal tongues are shorter, but Aurou possesses a few distinct differences.

It has been a few weeks or months since the cat's "Malfunction".
Shes bringing Aurou a gift in appreciation for sticking with her during such a rough time.
Some crates of supplies and essentials as well as toys for the children of the orphanage....
She's thankful she's with someone so. . .robust.
But, at times she feels bad for all the fervor when they lay.
Given Aurou's libido, it can often last for hours at a time.

Fun fact: Aurou's body naturally radiates enough heat to keep her warm most of the time, so she sleeps just on top of a mattress. It's why she operates well in the cold.
And, when in heat, she generates enough warmth to keep even her partner(s) warm from sheer proximity alone.
Hearing the employee's offer, she turns to face the body of water.
A few moments of silence indicated deep thought, before a response boomed from that bellowing voice.

Once more rifling through those large pockets, procuring a business card to offer. A simple metal card, etched with a name, and contact information.
At the woman's -
. . .Idle conversation, this was something she rarely engaged in. Aurou does her best to reciprocate the gesture, sitting down on the dirt besides them.
❝ . . .Good. Thank you for the discount on that produce, it went to a good place. ❞
Reaching into one of those many -
- pockets, she pulls out her phone.
Those large, calloused digits tap at the screen for a few moments before showing them to the red head.
