Almost a month ago that I posted about Sonic $S
This will be my last tweet about it and I will keep it simple
I CAN FINALLY SAY IM FREE...
over the last month I sold everything
Sonic failed on all fronts the team the execution the airdrop. The new CEO cant change everything even with a "new team". Sonic $S or lets say old FANTOM $FTM
people are branded and they know how bad the actors are who are running this chain.
There will never be a comeback... the competition is too strong and Sonic people to idiotic..
empty promises, always late with narratives, bad communication etc etc never ending list

It’s nice that you guys have a plan. But tech alone won’t fix the state of Sonic $S. The only thing that matters is the price. Why is it so complicated to understand.

Big player like @StaniKulechov from Aave or @DefiIgnas saying Sonic $S was the worst launch ever they fumbled everything 100%. A case to study.
So if the team decides to take action and bring now positive momentum specially now after the pump I see some light on the horizon.
BUT
If they do exactly the opposite and let
everything die again we gonna retrace fully back to 0.11 and probably even lower marking the end of Sonic
Good tech alone won’t make it - that’s a fact.

If Sonic wants to survive they have to take action or literally simply fuk off and leave the market
Fantom to Sonic migration should be a case study for every L1 and L2 team.
$S is down 90%, from $1 to $0.12, and TVL followed the same destiny.
On paper, Sonic had a solid playbook:
- 200M S for airdrops to attract users
- $120M migration program to attract builders and liquidity
- 90% of gas and fee sharing to App devs
- 400k TPS, sub-400ms finality
Obviously, it failed (?)
I haven't seen anyone talking about S on my timeline. I have long bridged out of Sonic myself.
Personally, I was bullish on S but quickly realized there were not much to do on the chain besides farming airdrop and betting on $S price.
No unique Apps to play with.
Big FUD was Binance announcement to delist $FTM without specifying the migration to $S
Timing was also unfortunate, during memecoin mania where all alts failed to get bid.
Tech was there. Execution and timing were not.
What are other reasons it failed to get more traction?
I believe it has lessons for Monad and MegaETH teams as well as their investors.
