1. General Manager
KEEP Darren Mougey. He's been pretty fantastic.
2. Head Coach
FIRE Aaron Glenn. Hire Klay Kubiak, Grant Udinski, Kliff Kingsbury, Mike Tomlin, Brian Flores or Sean McDermott as new Head Coach.
3. Offensive Coordinator
FIRE Frank Reich. Need a young, up-and-coming offensive guru, handpicked by the new Head Coach & Mougey.
4. Defensive Coordinator
FIRE Brian Duker. Need a new DC handpicked by new Head Coach & Mougey.
5. Quarterback
KEEP Geno Smith. He's been really, really, really good. Also draft a new Franchise Quarterback in the Top 10. May need to leverage 3 picks in the Top 10 to position to get QB Drew Mestemaker.
6. If they end up with 3 picks in the Top 10, player pool to consider (depending on which way the picks fall, and possible trades):
