I respectfully (yeah right) ask the pro-vaxxers on Twitter (X?) to rebut the below, well-articulated, and erudite “observation” regarding the current state of vaccine “non-science.” I expect silence in response, but I’m sure you will surprise me. Go for it, please, I am looking for some “intellectual” entertainment (or engagement, who knows).
Retrospective studies showing vaccinated kids are much sicker are always dismissed for not being "well-controlled."
According to evidence based medicine, the "best available evidence" should guide clinical decisions.
Since placebo trials on vaccines are never done for "ethical" reasons, by the rules of evidence based medicine, the retrospective studies we have are the "best available evidence" and their conclusions about vaccine harm cannot be dismissed unless better (placebo controlled trials) are conducted to corroborate or refute them.
The vaccine safety community's perspective is that the actual reason those placebo trials are never done is because they would immediately show how dangerous the vaccines are---hence why the vaccine industry has to constantly make excuses for not doing them while simultaneously claiming if done they would show vaccines are harmless.
In short, anytime someone critiques a retrospective study comparing vaccinated to unvaccinated as "invalid" it's critical to remember those studies are the gold standard because "better" ones will never be done.

Frankly, Dr Bowden and Dr McCullough are coming up the rear. In our work at the Leading Edge Clinic, Dr. Kory and I are reviewing results from urine spike testing in our patients. This is a lab test using mass spectrometry which was developed by Zero Spike in Italy. We are bringing it to patients in the United States within the tribal network of the First Nation Medical Board (firstnationmedicalboard.com/…) as an experimental test. ONLY practitioners who are licensed providers of the FNMB and only patients who are public members of the FNMB will be able to access it. We are creating an alternative to our current sick care system which has maimed and killed so many innocent people.
While we see evidence that many different tools ( including intermittent fasting) result in the breakdown of spike protein, the Augmented NAC produced by Zero Spike results in the most dramatic breakdown. They have performed this test on 20,000 patients in Italy over the last two years and have demonstrated the ability to bring a patient’s spike burden down to zero. There is still much to learn, and it is an experimental test, but the spike ab is an indirect and imperfect measure which we are leaving behind.

I reviewed the medical records, this child was recovering nicely from measles but got a secondary bacterial pneumonia,(can happen after any viral infection) & died due to a grievous error in initial antibiotic selection which did not cover her mycoplasma, a very common cause.

The four fundamental conflicts at the core of the public health crisis in the U.S.:
1.) Actual innovation in medicine is really, really, really difficult.
2.) Under normal circumstances, the market of unhealthy people is really, really, small.
3.) Because the costs of actual innovation are high and the market of sick people is small, the ideal drug — from the point of view of the pharmaceutical industry — is one that causes harm.
4.) If one actually cares about health, finding new uses for existing drugs that are no longer protected by patents is BY FAR the best use of research time and money.
