I once worked as a manager in a tutoring organisation. My CEO had little patience for veteran tutors because some were too rigid in their beliefs and unwilling to adapt.
This gentleman is a perfect example.
No child is dull. You just haven't found the right way to reach them.

I have 200 percent believe in Sanjo. If there’s any coach in Nigeria that can do the job without big signings, he is him. 🫡

I need more of this!
Someone will now say “He doesn’t have media training.”

I describe Sporting Lagos’ Jacob Aondona( Bellingham ) as a complete midfielder. Strong, composed, and capable of controlling the tempo of a game.
His long-range passing is impressive, he can shoot from distance, and he doesn’t shy away from his defensive duties.
Aliyu Baba
3 goals so far this season
Katrina united, Plateau united, Inter Lagos.
It could have been more.
Aliyu is growing into the season, and I think the goals will come.
He will be very useful against Rivers United. We need the energy to tire their defenders out!
The pass 😍 The finish 😘
Since I poured myself into grassroots football I have learnt one thing, we have talent in this country!

Everybody's time and opportunity would definitely come.
Those who are prepared would seize theirs and those not preparedwould regret theirs.
The choiceis yours to be prepared or not be.

This is actually a proper interview and all his responses were spot on! I resonate with his mentality! 💯
I wish him and the squad a turn around season.
