Friday @SpringLakeOCPS was a full one! We celebrated National Trail Mix day, our new Blue Jays spun the wheel and joined a house, a first grade class earned a pajama party for their hard work, and another first grade class was using a multi-sensory activity. #GreatnessHappensHere

Had an AMAZING first day back with our staff! Spent the morning building community through a fun and exciting game of Seer-Sayer-Doer. Not only did we have a great time, we also learned the importance of clear communication #preplanning #communicationiskey 💙 @SpringLakeOCPS

School culture is not created by a mission statement (most don't even know their statement says), catch phrases or educational buzz words, but it is created by the ACTIONS of everyone associated with the school.

Lots of people out their posting about teacher shortages & how we need more teachers etc. Let me keep it real - RENT IS PAST DUE - this conversation has been years in the making & it’s time to pay them, protect them, stand up for them, value them & take care of them! Let’s go!!!
