The ‘Love for Life’ programme is a NI-based organisation that provides (RSE) to young people. Last year the ‘Love for Life’ visited the school to speak to the P7 classes only. However, they were so impressive that we decided to invite them in this year to speak to all classes!

Early in the school year, Mrs Smart worked with our P2 farmers, planting radish and beetroot. Just before finishing for their summer holidays, P2 harvested some of their produce!

The P7 Leavers' Service on a beautiful sunny evening was one of the final steps in our P7's journey in St Ita's. It was a wonderful evening of joy, excitement and hopefully not too much sadness as our young people move towards the next step in the onward journey. Good Luck P7!

Mrs Loughran's P5 Class took part in The World Cup of Skittles. Each pupil represented a nation playing in the football World Cup. The featured game today saw New Zeland face the USA. A tight game saw extra time and penalties before New Zeland advanced to the next round!

Today the P6 and 7 children enjoyed their last Mandarin class of the year. Thank you so much to Miss Pang who has worked so hard with the children creating fantastic interactive lessons that the children have really enjoyed. We will miss you Miss Pang when you return to China.
