We now have over 17,000 Supply Crate requests. As a result, we have a lot of questions to answer, so before you hit our contact form or DM us, here's some frequently asked questions:
❓Question: I haven’t received a reply about my Supply Crate request or the photos I sent in, did you guys receive it?
➡️Answer: We do not reply to Supply Crate requests once the form has been submitted or emails sent to [email protected]. This is due to the sheer number of requests we receive in a week, and we do not have the manpower to send out 100-5000 replies a week.
Marine Corps Veteran Jesus requested a Supply Crate so he could reconnect with some of his former battle buddies that he gamed with when he was Active Duty.
"100% SERVICE CONNECTED USMC VET. I want to reconnect with some of my brothers that I gamed with when I was still on active duty. Times are tough and money doesn't stretch like it used to so gaming has gone by the wayside. Bills, groceries and other needs over entertainment most times."
Shout out to @GryphonAMX for sponsoring this Supply Crate and so many more over the years!

Why do I support Stack Up as a volunteer? 🦖🎮
Why does @BaldEagleTalon8 support Stack Up as a member of our Stream Team? Because he has to. He saw our mission and our programs and knew he just had to support us and be a part of our Stream Team.

For everyone who saw the viral tiktoks about @StackUpDotOrg and "Free Consoles", there is a level of understanding yall arent getting.
I challenge you all to step up and help raise funds so they can actually do more! SUDO is a small Op, but if you need a team, i know a guy!
Who's with me!
With over 21000 requests now we're answering our most frequently asked question:
❓Question: I submitted a Supply Crate request. Where is my Supply Crate?
➡️Answer: We have now received over 21,000 Supply Crate requests. That number will increase by the end of the year.
We are a small team and as a charity our funding is dependent on donations. As such, we’re only able to send out ~200-250 Supply Crates a year. It is very likely you will not receive a Supply Crate anytime soon. Please be patient with us as we continue processing requests.
