#ThisWeekInCrypto: The OCC is the first federal banking regulator to finalize its GENIUS Act rules, setting clear standards for how stablecoins are backed and how you access your money.
The SEC also closed comments on its own crypto proposal. This momentum is great; however, these agency rules can be rewritten. Only passing legislation through Congress can make them last.
