Week Two with the new @Leedsrowing Junior Academy intake. Great fun teaching them the basics on the erg and seeing them engage with our session coaches. It’s so great to see amazing talent from such diverse communities in Leeds all training together.
Bored of erging on your own, why not do it with a legend of the sport!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon out at the @RowLeeds Indoor Rowing Champs. Good days racing, nice to see some of my juniors pick up some medals and chat to lots of potential new juniors. Very pleased @StartYorkshire had a good day out talent scouting!
One of our programs first athletes Matt Brigham explains a little about his journey on START. On the 20th March we will be looking to recruit our largest batch of athletes. Sign up at rowuk.co.uk/talentid

We have been privileged to have two excellent coaches in @mashford15 and @pheckingbottom presenting their game mental and performance models to the MSc Sport Coaching cohort. Affordances, capabilities, tactics, problems, technical capacity, shared views. Knowing 'What' is crucial
