What does the limiting distribution of a U-statistic look like in high-dimensional settings where the dim is allowed to grow with the sample size? Check out our recent preprint with @KevinHanHuang1 Andrew Duncan and @axel_gandy !
U-statistics are ubiquitous in everyday #Statistics & #MachineLearning.
Check out the paper by @KevinHanHuang1, X Liu, AB Duncan & A Gandy that provides a theory in high-dimensional data context with applications to kernel-based distribution testing 👉 arxiv.org/abs/2302.05686

In this work we extend the score based generative modelling framework from Euclidean space to arbitrary manifolds, and provide convergence bounds for compact manifolds.
‼️ Note that the generic manifold constructions are new since the last ArXiv version, please check it out ‼️
