been getting a lot of questions, here’s a lot of answers q. do you do yta? a. i do not do youtube automation nor am i interested in starting youtube automation, i’m a fan of branded channels, real faces, real names, real creators, nothing against yta however q. if you’re good at youtube why don’t you build your own channel? a. i recently tried building my own & it was actually doing pretty well, here’s the issue, i work with creators full-time at this point & i enjoy it/have a team that relies on me, i never built my own channel prior due to insecurities, though i broke out of that shell, i’d say i’m in too deep q. what have you done? a. i have over 1 billion views under my belt working with the world’s largest gaming & entertainment creators, the royalty family, preston, lankybox, jack doherty, & more that i can’t talk about, also did marketing work with a few video games recently including the newest fifa title q. do you sell a course? a. i do not have a course that will magically get you millions of views, but if you ask me i will happily give you advice for free, yes we’re building an accelerator that offers hours of hands on feedback for those in need, no it’s not done & no i’m not pushing it down your throat to buy q. agencies suck, why is bloxi studios different? a. bloxi studios is not your average agency (in my eyes), we’re built by creators for creators & follow a 1:1 servicing model with a team of strategists/channel managers who’re trained in-house, we hire for culture over experience but both is a plus, we also offer creators sponsorships, brand deals, compilation channels, & are building our own podcast. also, no, working with us is not cheap q. why do you hide results? a. my tweets are all blurred for the most part not because i’m gatekeeping, rather because we service other creators & i’m an advocate of privacy but still need to market our services in some way q. do you spend all day tweeting? a. unfortunately i don’t spend all day tweeting, they’re scheduled in advance the night prior, i hand write each one thank you

The most dangerous man in business is the one who's willing to admit when he's wrong.

Compilation channels are actually pretty expensive. The creator spent like $0 in the last few months growing this one.

There's a lot of new people here, so here's my story: I'm Danyeal. Started out as a graphic designer making profile pictures & headers because I wasn't good enough to go pro in video games. Once better designers showed up & Picsart wasn't cutting it anymore, I started helping people with their socials & ended up as a social media manager, mostly running Instagram accounts. YouTube was one of the platforms I'd help with. I got hooked & went all in. Built my first agency with (@WCmedias). Didn't last long, but it was fun. Later got an offer to go full-time as a YouTube strategist for a creator with 40 million subscribers, then moved to an in-person role as channel lead for one with 30 million. Tried building another agency on the side in Dallas, failed. Along the way, I landed a long-form video with 70 million views, the most-viewed video I’ve had my hands on to this day, & as a side quest, I ran all of the YouTube content for @AgentGGs, where I grew their channel into one of the three biggest in esports at the time. Moved to Miami, learned a bit about filming & scripting viral shorts plus livestreaming, then caught what I call "Miami fever" & wasn't really locked in. Found my faith somewhere along the way, worked with @contntcashmedia & Nate taught me the importance of building a business under the will of God. Moved back to NYC & started @BloxiGG. We began as a YouTube strategy agency for Roblox creators doing ideation & scriptwriting. I started working for a pretty big VR game studio as their Head of Strategy. There I met a lot of really great people & learned a lot about marketing, before quitting to officially go all in on my business. Now we help over 30 creators make more money by redistributing their videos on other platforms, whether that's YouTube compilation channels, VOD channels, or Spotify. Also building a podcast where we rage bait creators while asking them thought-provoking questions. There are a bunch of side quests I left out, like my own YouTube channels & all that, but yeah :)

I'm also building the same experience on Roblox. Here's a sneak peek:

If you have me added on Discord, you've probably seen me on @FNCreate. I've spent the last few days building a horror experience inspired by Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion. There's unique characters, a unique story, & a whole lot of scares. We're super early in, but this has been the most fun I've had since building @BloxiGG in the first place.

We started this channel like 2 months ago. It wasn't making any money, like at all. Now it's sitting at $9,446. We also spent $0 getting here. That's only possible with compilation channels.

One of the most underrated hires is someone who wants to lead but doesn't know how yet, has a stack of random skills that end up compounding, & spends all their free time running side quests. They're hard to find. Bonus points if they're a serial gamer who can't get off the PC.

This channel made $12,000 in 90 days. The best part? The creator didn't have to do a single thing. All he did was say yes.
