The employee who leaked this clip of the meeting to me was one of many who have expressed concerns to me. Multiple Microsoft employees have told me they feel as though MSFT doesn’t give them the same amount of respect and care. Many Microsoft employees are asking why H-1B workers aren’t the first to be cut during a downsize since MSFT claims none of the downsizing is performance based. Employees are curious why American workers aren’t being put first in the United States.

The underlying issue with the DR is that we have failed to standardize and mass produce the perspective of survival to our populations. I’m not speaking of ideologies from the 30s which many understand, involved a quality of survival among many other things which I too enjoy or desire. But this is beyond political or ideological desire. All of that is in the rear view mirror until stand up against our collective occupation inside the carcass of the west which has literally become our own death camp. This isn’t an attack on our views which I promise you I share, this is just a PSA on what I view as tunnel vision or political optimism. The reality around us is much darker but also more simplistic; the jews are engaged in a war of extermination against us and their brown cohorts are their foot soldiers with chameleon White traitors as middle management. We are at war and I don’t mean that metaphorically or euphemistically, I mean it literally and much to everyone’s discomfort @Black_Pilled has been trying to force that bitter but necessary pill down our throats more or less. As Americans we certainly have a duty and an obligation to stand and fight rather than roll over and let ourselves be annihilated. Our ancestors didn’t carve this nation out of nothing just for us to give it all up without a shred of resistance. Devon Stack’s “The Land of my ancestors” video has always had a profound impact on me and every founding stock American ought to watch it too.

This cloth in a sealed jar holds an odor sample from a prisoner held by the East German Ministry of State Security (MfS). The MfS, commonly called the Stasi, was one of the most powerful, most capable, and most feared intelligence organizations of all time. With 91,000 officers (40,000 in Berlin alone) and an estimated 170,000+ paid informants throughout the populace, no one was safe from their surveillance or investigation. Nearly 2% of the population of East Germany was affiliated with the Stasi, who kept files on 5.6 million people in total. A cloth like this one would be stretched over a seat cushion used by a detainee or informant during a long interview. They would be required to sit on their hands for the duration, allowing the cloth to absorb their scent and skin oils. The interviewer would collect and seal away the cloth immediately after the interview, for future use by a tracking dog if necessary. In late 1989 the Stasi began to shred all of their documents, foreseeing the coming collapse. But due to the tremendous amount of paperwork they had accumulated, even months of determined work was insufficient to destroy everything. When their headquarters facility in East Berlin-Lichtenberg was overrun by citizen groups in January 1990, the people (and later, the unified government) began putting the pieces back together. Stasi files soon became a publicly searchable database for all interested parties. Those files revealed the stunning depth of surveillance that took place over the 41-year history of the two Germanys. The Stasi maintained more than 4,000 locations across East Germany, including nearly 3,500 safe houses for planning and debriefing of informants. They committed at least 400 known kidnappings, bringing East Germans dissidents back from West Germany. Their capability for intelligence collection and documentation was nearly unrivaled. But nevertheless, it was not enough to maintain complete control over the populace.
