It’s good to see only big clubs in the quarter finals #SAFC
Progress:
A few years back I’d have taken the 3 points on Monday at the expense of the Cup game.
But not now.
A trophy should be on our radar, not relegation.

She was only four when Trump said he would end the war in 24 hours. Just turned six when Musk decided to join Trump on Putin’s side and help the Kremlin killers murder her

There has to be a strong case now for Sky and other channels ceasing to broadcast Manchester City games live until their punishment has been decided. Their games are ghost games.

Request: If you see or hear MCFC current / former employees (especially players and managers) giving pro-City views on the "115" case, pls tweet me examples / links as I research whether they have paid deals with City to do so, for example as paid ambassadors for the club. Thanks

Really good explanation of how @ManCity’s cheating cost other @premierleague clubs dearly, in this case @AstonVilla & @Everton. Only demotion to a low league will fit the crime. Like @RangersFC suffered in Scotland. Or @juventusfc in Italy. nytimes.com/athletic/7653100…

Here's the MoS story as it appears in the paper. And to be clear, it was a minority section of Man City's support who invoked Helen's death in their attacks against me. I rarely even referred to her illness before she died.
The human cost of reporting on Man City’s cheating for 15 years. It’s on the Mail website today and will be in the MoS paper tomorrow (Sunday) but they backed my reporting 100%. That reporting continues on my Substack. Google it for details. dailymail.com/sport/football…

The Coates family are worth billions, yet throughout their ownership of @stokecity we've still had to operate within the same rules as everyone else.
They've invested hugely in Stoke-on-Trent, creating jobs through Bet365 and contributing millions to local charities, education and the NHS.
But none of that gives them, or anyone else, a free pass on football's financial regulations.
If the allegations against Man City are proven, the ramifications are enormous. The damage done to the integrity of the game would be immeasurable.
Yet all we seem to hear is denial and deflection.
Personally, I hope the Premier League throw the book at them.
The UAE owners have invested billions into Manchester and have helped transform the local economy, creating thousands of jobs and opportunities for people.
The Etihad Campus alone has supported around 14,000 jobs, with the latest £300m+ development expected to create another 2,600 jobs.
So if the Premier League thinks it can push Manchester City into a situation where the owners pull back their investment, a lot of people are going to feel it.
Workers will lose jobs. Businesses will lose customers. The local economy will lose billions in investment.
This isn't just about football anymore.
Keep playing with 115 if you want.
Just remember that there are real people and real jobs behind that investment.

Playing in a stadium this small this evening should be good preparation for Marc Guehi and Elliot Anderson for the National League next season. Very handy for them.

Pablo Escobar built schools, gave money to poor families & funded public housing
Jimmy Saville raised 40million for charity & fronted life saving campaigns
So miss me with this ‘but City did good for the community’ bullshit!!

🗣️ The scale of Man City’s wrongdoing dwarfs Everton’s, but only one club has taken its medicine. Only one club continues to pay the price

It’s Friday,
Take 5 from the Man City Sham
Watch one of the greatest guitar pieces!
Great song too!!
A distraction:
If booking from @sixtespana take photos of bodywork AND ODOMETER READING before setting off and after returning car.
Tried to claim that I’d incurred an EXTRA 2,500kms when I’d only used 1/2 tank.
Took days of messages, emails before getting €340 returned.
