Champions. Final whistle at Gibbons Field… it is no longer a dream, no longer a pursuit—it is a declaration carved into history. Westfield are champions of the Mid Sussex Football League. No equations. No uncertainty. With two games still to play… the title is already theirs. Because where last season whispered heartbreak—so close, yet not enough—this season demanded conviction. And this time… they answered. They did not falter. They did not fade. They finished it. They seized it. This is a team that has transformed “almost” into inevitability… a club that has taken the weight of yesterday and turned it into the triumph of today. And this crown does not stand alone. Sussex County Cup winners. League champions. And a Hastings Intermediate Cup final still to come… A treble not yet complete—but already within reach, already written in the language of belief. Now comes ascension. Step 6 football returns—not as a dream chased, but as a place reclaimed. From the anguish of last season… to the authority of this one. From nearly men… to history makers. Westfield are champions. And this… may only be the beginning. #Westies 🌳🌳 #Champions 🏆 – at Hastings, England

Francis Property & Estate Management Ltd, trading as FPE Management, is a family-run company with experience in property management administration and offices at the heart of Hastings in East Sussex. Our firm was established when we identified that all too often, property management companies failed to pay due care and attention to their clients’ requirements. At FPE Management, therefore, our main point of difference from our competitors is in the value we place on high levels of customer service to all our own clients. We take time to get to know you, your property and your aspirations for your portfolio. This helps us tailor our wide range of services accordingly. Locally Based, Targeted Services Our other advantage comes from restricting our sphere of operation to the area and markets we know best: our services are limited to a 60 mile radius from Hastings, which includes West Sussex, Kent and South London areas. By not overreaching ourselves, we ensure our services are personal, prompt and bespoke to your requirements. Our Credentials For your peace of mind, we’re members of The Association of Residential Management Agents, the trade association for residential managing agents in England and Wales, which sets high standards for the management of leasehold properties and upholds professionalism in the field. We’re also members of the Property Ombudsman scheme, giving our clients the confidence that we are committed to Professional Standards in property management.
