@ABCmediawatch ABC radio Apr 10 (Justin Stevens) & April 11 (read epstein) both ran a one sided attack on AFL player Noah Balta. Both interviewed the relation of a person killed in a one punch attack. Balta DID NOT kill anyone. Epstein described this as a random attack. 1/2

We don't know the cause until the court case is heard. Until then the court cleared Balta out bail to live his life. The ABC used highly exaggerated examples and only interviewed those against balta. Biased and exaggerated emotive coverage designed to create hysteria. Dreadful

At the time Carlton was on the bottom of the AFL ladder. I txtd you saying that it was unfair for Carlton because they were continually forced to play teams above them in the ladder. I think you laughed for a full 10 seconds. So if I've done anything it's made someone happy 2/2

@JennaPrice hi Jenna.... thought. A diet, a generic mixed assortment is a marketing term. It's irrelevant to what your body understands - carbs, fats, protein, micronutrients. Teaching what's in foods enables decision making. Eg iron deficient. Find out what foods have iron.

Otherwise we just eat by a one size fits all. It'll help some people, fail most. Instead of buying by marketing terms eg. tuna, milk and broccoli, we need to ID what's in foods and buy by needs - protein, fats, carbon (calcium, antioxidants). Exercisers do this with protein.
