FYI: Being hated by people you don’t like and would never take advice from is not a bad thing.
Embrace it.
Building wealth is the same way. Nobody applauds:
- Saying no
- Investing 25%
- Tracking spending
- Paying yourself first
This builds wealth.
Complaining that everyone is out to get you doesn’t.
I might take AirBnBs more seriously if this is real. Might.
Based on principle, I don’t want to be charged a cleaning fee and be expected to clean the house and start the laundry before I go.
How was that EVER acceptable?
What's your protocol when you leave an Airbnb and something didn't work/went wrong?
Do you leave a negative review, or do you focus on the positives in the public review and send the owner a private message about the problems?

The wider choppy structure is still in play.
Today, we may get a good move if the right conditions develop at the right level and at the right time.
For now, patience matters more than forcing an entry. I’m watching for a clean reaction and clear confirmation before taking any setup.

Me: Invest your money
Them: But $1,000,000 won't be the same in 30 years!!
Me: And? What's your solution to that? To not invest at all?
Them: But, but, but...
Invest or fall behind.
100% your choice.

I became a millionaire at 35.
Never the smartest person in the room. Or even the hardest worker.
I became a millionaire because I broke a lot of rules.
Here are 10 of society's rules you need to break:
I watched it too; it was both devastating and amazing at the same time. Imagine trying to destroy your winners, thinking that it'll somehow help everyone else.
This NEVER works.
"We don't celebrate our winners we try to tear them down."
I recently watched the documentary BROKEN COUNTRY & it was eye-opening & a chilling warning for the West.
I have many friends in Canada & have visited several times.
I love Canada, but something has to change or it'll be completely unrecognizable soon.
Watch this film BROKEN COUNTRY.
It's not some propaganda piece.
It simply states facts.
Make up your own mind.
I'm praying & rooting that Canada doesn't just become a cautionary tale to the rest of the West.

I never cared about getting into a "dream school".
My goal was to get the cheapest degree possible to get my foot in the door at an employer. Didn't care about the school.
No employer cared about the school anyway.
Degree? Check.
That was it.
Stop overthinking this.
It's not a luxury. You're just overpaying.
Start at a community college, then transfer those credits to a 4-year university.
Same degree at a fraction of the cost.
My son got a 3.9 GPA, scored 1380 on the SAT, and got into his dream state university.
The total cost? $128,000 for 4 years.
The school proudly offered him a $16,000 merit scholarship.
So after doing everything right in high school, we’re still looking at $112,000 out of pocket.
They call it financial aid.
I call it a 4 year head start on debt.
When did getting a college degree become a luxury?

10: Nice guys finish last, so be a dick.
Break it: Nice guys get more opportunities than assholes, period.
People wanted to work with me because I was a nice guy. I got promotions. Raises. Opportunities...
...that assholes in the office never got.
