Because doctors are flawed humans, sometimes “noncompliant,” “anxious,” “complex,” or “difficult” is what they call patients when they can't figure out why they're sick.
It's wrong on so many levels.
To those docs: Listen longer. Look harder.
An old patient who I last treated about 25 yrs ago just popped into my head.
She'd been diagnosed with MS about 30 yrs ago & came to see me a few years into it, barely able to walk. I diagnosed her with Lyme, treated her for about 2 yrs & she did great, regaining her ability to walk.
About 15 yrs after I last treated her, she stopped by the office to say hi. She'd been off all treatments since then & was still doing well, able to walk & enjoying life.
And she said something that blew me away: That every morning she still says a prayer of gratitude to have been lucky enough to have, by random chance, walked through my door & become my patient.
That's worth more than I can say.
I don't know if she follows me, but if she does (if you do), & you see this tweet, thank you. Your words mean more than you know.

Zohran Mamdani's father:
“America is the root of all evil in the world, and it was the inspiration for the Nazis. Hitler learned genocide from Abraham Lincoln.”
This is brilliant, full of sobering truth from real experience. Poland was a communist country for 45 years.
These Polish words, which came about by living through nonstop communist lies, resonate with what we see in our politics today.
"Zakłamanie [zah-kwah-MAH-nyeh] – a state of total, pervasive, socially embedded falsehood, a condition in which an entire society is saturated with lies so thoroughly that truth becomes almost inaccessible.
Obłuda [ob-woo-dah] – a deep, performative hypocrisy, the gap between what is proclaimed and what is actually practiced, the mask worn so long it begins to feel like a face."
What the West Still Doesn’t Get It:
Communism’s True Core: The Systemic Lie
Most people in the West think they understand communism. They picture bread lines, gulags, failed five-year plans, and the collapsed Soviet Union. They treat it as a discredited economic theory – an experiment that proved that abolishing private property doesn’t work. Case closed, history moved on.
This misunderstanding may be the most dangerous intellectual failure of our time.
Communism was never primarily an economic system. Economics was the surface. Beneath it lay something far more insidious: a total, systemic, institutionalized commitment to lying. Not occasional dishonesty. Not spin or propaganda in the ordinary sense. Something deeper – a civilizational war against truth itself, waged through every institution, every classroom, every newspaper, every conversation, until reality itself became negotiable and the lie became the air people breathed.
The Words We’re Missing
The Polish language, forged by decades of living under this system, produced words for this phenomenon that English simply cannot match:
Zakłamanie [zah-kwah-MAH-nyeh] – a state of total, pervasive, socially embedded falsehood, a condition in which an entire society is saturated with lies so thoroughly that truth becomes almost inaccessible.
Obłuda [ob-woo-dah] – a deep, performative hypocrisy, the gap between what is proclaimed and what is actually practiced, the mask worn so long it begins to feel like a face.
These are not words for individual liars. They describe a system – a mode of social organization built on organized mendacity, where the lie is not the exception but the foundation. English has no single word for either concept, and that linguistic gap is not a coincidence. It reflects a gap in experience. Cultures that did not live under communism lack the vocabulary because they lack the wound.
And because they lack the vocabulary, they struggle to recognize the thing when it reappears in new clothing.
The Continuity: Communism, Leftism, Wokeism
What we call wokeism today, or the broader radical left, is not a new phenomenon. It is the same operating system running on updated hardware. The specifics have changed – instead of the proletariat, we have marginalized identity groups; instead of bourgeois class enemies, we have racists and transphobes; instead of socialist realism, we have DEI statements. But the deep structure is the same.
That deep structure is this: truth is not discovered, it is assigned. Reality is not something to be understood honestly but something to be narrated strategically. Language is not a tool for communication but a weapon of power. And anyone who resists the approved narrative is not simply wrong – they are dangerous, and must be silenced, shamed, or destroyed.
This is zakłamanie in its modern form. This is obłuda wearing a human rights badge.
The same movement that insists men can become women will insist, with equal fervor, that questioning this is an act of violence. The same institutions that claim to champion free inquiry systematically suppress dissent. The same people who invoke tolerance as their highest value are among the most intolerant forces in public life. The contradiction is not accidental – it is structural. It is the system working as designed.
Why the West Still Doesn’t Get It
People who grew up in freedom tend to assume, at some level, that bad actors know they are lying. That somewhere behind the ideological performance, there is a cynical operator who privately acknowledges reality. This assumption is wrong, and it is why Westerners consistently underestimate what they are dealing with.
The totalitarian lie, at its mature stage, is not cynical. It is believed. Or rather, it creates a condition in which the distinction between belief and performance collapses entirely. People learn to say things they do not believe so fluently, and for so long, that they lose access to what they actually think.

This is the simple explanation everyone needs to understand about why free markets/capitalism beat socialism/big gov't every day of the week, every minute of the hour, all around the world.
My post about France went viral. Thousands of likes. Many Americans told me: "Democrats aren't socialists. America will never be France." I want to answer that seriously, step by step.
Start with a simple observation. Look at what has gotten cheaper in America over the last 25 years: TVs, phones, software, clothes, toys. Now look at what has exploded: college tuition, healthcare, childcare, housing.
What separates the two lists? The first lives in competitive markets. The second is exactly where government is most involved: subsidies, mandates, licensing, zoning, regulation.
College. Washington lends students almost unlimited money. Universities know the money will always come, so they raise tuition and hire more administrators. The student pays the bill for twenty years. More government money, higher prices.
Housing. Why can't a nurse buy a home in the city where she works? Not because of capitalism. Because of zoning laws, permits, environmental reviews, years of procedure to build a single building. The most expensive places to live in America are the places where it's hardest to build. When building is nearly illegal, prices explode.
Healthcare. The patient almost never sees the price. A third party pays, regulations limit who can compete, and costs climb year after year with no one able to say no.
So here is the trap. The problems you suffer from are not the failure of free markets. They are the places where the market has already been replaced by the state. And the solution you're being offered is more of the same.
That's the Trojan horse. It always works the same way. A real problem. A generous-sounding promise. A program that makes things worse. Then the failure of that program becomes the argument for the next one. People who lived under communism in Poland learned to recognize the lie and the mask the lie wears. The lie never presents itself as a lie. It presents itself as compassion.
In France we are at the end of that road. Debt we can never repay. Young people who can't afford a home. Our best people leaving. And every few years our cities burn. Nobody voted for this. They voted for one more generous promise, fifty years in a row.
If you're a Republican, share this with the Democrat in your life. Not to win an argument. To start a conversation.
If you're a Democrat, I'm not asking you to switch teams. I'm asking you to look at the pattern. Wherever the state took over, life became unaffordable. Don't fix the failures of government with more government.
Stay American. Ask for less state, not more.
My brother Jeff, may he rest in peace, was an attorney. He told me a few yrs before Covid that he discovered that vaccine law was an utterly broken field, with the vaccine injured having essentially no rights.
And now what's come to light about Covid vaccine deaths & injuries is so much worse than anything he was describing back then.

The daughter of one of the founding leaders of Hamas left Islam and converted to Christianity.
She explains how they are all raised to kill Jews and Christians.
They even have a different version of Jesus, where he will come back and ‘break the cross’, and help Muslims kill all Christians.
It really is a cult of death.
During the recent Michigan Senate debate, Abdul El-Sayed was asked which is a bigger threat to America: Israel or Iran. He wouldn’t say Iran. His answer made me look deeper.
Anti-Israel
-Called the question of which is worse, Iran or Israel, “ridiculous.” Said both have “proven dangerous...”
-Said he would not send defensive weapons if Israel is attacked.
-Called Israel’s government “evil” and Gaza a “genocide.”
-Wants every dollar of U.S. military aid cut, including weapons meant only for defense.
-Asked if Israel should exist as a Jewish state: “I don’t believe in ethno-states.”
The double standard
-An ethno-state here means a country that ties membership to blood and faith, and keeps outsiders out. He applies that label to Israel. He does not apply it where it actually fits.
-Saudi Arabia is Arab and Islamic by law. Jews are not granted citizenship. Non-Muslim worship is banned in public. Jordan writes Arab identity into the state. Egypt is the Arab Republic and drove its Jews out. The UAE does not naturalize foreigners as a rule. Citizenship stays inside Arab families. A Jew cannot move to Dubai and become Emirati. El-Sayed has nothing to say about any of that.
-After 1948, Arab states expelled or drove out about 850,000 Jews. Expulsion is the euphemism. In Iraq, the Farhud killed Jews in the street. In Libya, Aden, Egypt, and Syria, mobs murdered them, burned their homes, and raped their women before the rest were stripped of citizenship and pushed out. Those countries are still Arab and Muslim by law. His objection is reserved for the one Jewish state, which has Arab citizens who vote.
-His wife’s disclosure lists a rental home in Dubai, in that same UAE. Asked about it, he called the scrutiny racist.
-A man rammed a car into Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, trying to kill Jewish preschool children. El-Sayed’s response: “hurt people hurt people.” He meant the attacker had lost family in an Israeli strike, so the attempt to murder Jewish kids had an explanation.
-Israel is full of hurt people. Holocaust survivors. Jews whose parents and grandparents were murdered in Arab countries, then expelled from the rest. The families of the 1,200 murdered on October 7. He never uses that line for them.
October 7
-On the anniversary of October 7, his campaign fundraised off “Netanyahu’s” invasion and never mentioned Hamas. They called it a mistake after they got caught.
-Took $7,000 from the chair of a group that greeted October 7 with “salutations” to the “freedom fighters.”
Lies
In his jobs as health director, he padded the record:
-Says he “erased” $700M in medical debt. He did not.
-Says he removed lead from Detroit schools. He did not.
Terror-linked money
-Campaigned with Hasan Piker, who said America deserved 9/11.
-More than $115,000 from CAIR donors. CAIR is a Muslim Brotherhood front tied to Hamas financing. Brotherhood branches are banned as terrorist groups in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other Arab states.
-His father-in-law, a top donor to the super PAC behind him, ran CAIR-Michigan and sits on the founding committee of ISNA, another group tied to that same Hamas network.
-He rails against foreign money and greedy landlords. He rents property in a Gulf monarchy and cashes checks from the Hamas network.
Bottom Line
A man who will not say Iran is a bigger threat than Israel, who explains an attempt to murder Jewish preschoolers, and who takes money from a Hamas-linked network is the Democratic nominee for Senate in Michigan. That he is a contender for senate shows how society has become undone.
If you know someone who votes in Michigan, send this to them.
This video clip is about childhood deaths after Covid vaccine. And the scandal of how they were/were not reported.
Dr. @TracyBethHoeg says FDA career staff under Biden found reports of children who died after #COVID vaccination.
Autopsies. Clinical records. Investigations.
But FDA buried this safety information.
She later walked into a meeting and asked why parents were never told.
Electric scooters and e-bikes are a bad deal for kids. The crash risk is the obvious part.
The quieter cost is the loss of exercise.
Combine that with ultra processed garbage food & it’s no mystery why we have an epidemic of childhood obesity on our hands.
During the worst of Covid, this attorney was able to force some, but not all, hospitals to provide ivermectin to Covid patients:
Over 95% of those who got ivermectin lived.
All patients who didn’t get ivermectin died.
This spine tingling moment just happened at the Sen. Johnson Hospital Protocols Hearing.
I can understand exactly why the room erupted.
Here’s an attorney with 50 years experience.
At the start of covid, he gets flooded with requests to make Hospitals give early treatment protocols.
But the result of his work is the part really blew my mind.
95.8% of the cases he won ,to force the Hospital to administer Ivermectin. Survived.
But then I heard the contrast of what happened when he lost his cases... the patients who had to go with standard of care hospital protocols which included Remdesivir.
Ralph Lorigo Esq. - “Where I lost.... Every. Single. Person. Died”
I’m left speechless.
The infiltration & manipulation of media & academia.
This is just one of many examples.
“The BBC has issued an urgent review after it seemingly described Hamas terrorists as “journalists”.
The broadcaster reported the deaths of 53 “journalists” in Gaza who have since been claimed as terrorists by Hamas and other groups.”

Heart disease. Cancer.
Dementia. Accepted as worth treating.
But aging, the enabler of countless diseases, including those above, somehow isn’t considered worth treating.
The reason I most often hear is “because it’s natural.”
Bullshit.
All age-related diseases are natural. Death is natural.
Yet the singular purpose of medical science is to keep patients alive & well.
Meanwhile, many people don’t know that there’s been a long term, systemic bias in medicine against anti-aging researchers.
Could it be coming from Pharma?
Think about how Pharma revenues would plummet when the countless age-related diseases are mitigated as anti-aging therapies become a reality.
PANS/PANDAS mechanism just published: (They studied strep but it's not limited to strep, I've seen many cases from bartonella)
Strep → IL-17A → microglia → leaky blood-brain barrier → sudden personality changes, OCD, tics, & many more.

It was inflammation due to an infection. It always was.
More Somali daycare scandals, this time in Seattle.
$40 to $70k/month per center. Millions of gov’t spending, but no kids.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: TPM's @KatieDaviscourt investigated Somali home daycares in Seattle. Could there be millions of dollars of potential misuse of taxpayer funds?
When she knocked on doors, often no one answered and if they did they were hostile and defensive. Neighbors say they have never seen any kids!
These individual daycares are receiving $40,000 - $70,000 per month.
“I don't know" is an honest answer from a doctor. And it keeps the door open, the search ongoing.
"It's all in your head" is pretty much the opposite. It slams the door shut on a patient who is still sick & needs help.
