A scary run! That's according to my daughter, whom I was running like a scary, raging bull towards the finish lol as we finished 2 seconds apart with Dad edging it! 30.41 for me and 30.43 for my daughter. Lovely family time. 460 #parkruns with some 347 @nonsuchparkrun
Good to back at Plough Lane with my Dad after a while, having missed the last 2 home league games. Mixed feelings, although happy to get a point in stormy weather conditions. #afcwimbledon 1 Wycombe Wanderers 1 #afcw
Having discovered @nonsuchparkrun was cancelled, made a last minute decision to head to @bushyparkrun and it was lovely. 21st #bushyparkrun in ideal conditions despite being sandwiched between 2 storms! Another sub 31 minute in 30.18. Some 459 #parkruns to date. #bushypark
Need a reaction tonight! After a disappointing result last Saturday against Sheffield Wednesday. COYD! Created from a photo using AI to give an illustration/cartoon look. #afcwimbledon
🤖 Made with AI
Bit of fun, using AI to transform family photos into a look of cartoon/illustration. Think it looks cool.
A bit of fun, using my paintings of #epsomhospital and #sthelierhospital to transform into a more of an illustration/cartoon look by using AI. Quite like it actually. @geshNHS
A chilly crispy autumnal morning for the 700th @nonsuchparkrun which has been going since September 2011. Completed 346 #nonsuchparkruns with 458 overall at 16 different locations. Happy to run a sub 31 minute for a 3rd week running in 30.46. #homeparkrun
Another useful run @nonsuchparkrun this morning. Just about scraped in the top 500 in 30.52 abliet 7 seconds slower than last week (!) Anyway, most importantly, just turn up, do the run, and feel better for it. 457 #parkruns overall, with 345 at #nonsuchparkrun #homeparkrun
A lovely run for me this morning in ideal conditions in 30.45 @nonsuchparkrun which is the 22nd anniversary for #parkrun. Felt refreshed at the end of it! 456 #parkruns overall with 344 at my #homeparkrun #nonsuchparkrun
Lovely running conditions at #mordenparkrun this morning for a 3 lapper. My 8th #parkrun there with 455 #parkruns overall. 31 minutes again, although it was a better run than my last run there in horrendous conditions on a winter course in February, lol. #mordenpark
Blast from the past. 4 #artworks including 2 based from art college trips to #kewgardens a #linoprint and #oilpastels whilst the two were painting #stills during a 'sixth form' year.
Although it wasn't a great performance but got the win, so happy with result. Good to see my Dad enjoying the afternoon trip out once again with a pre match Guinness. As for the journey.... nightmare! #afcwimbledon 1 Doncaster 0.
Another weekly run done. Makes me feel refreshed and put things in #perspective. Good to see the grass greener. 453 #parkruns with 342 of those @nonsuchparkrun #homeparkrun
Virtually straight back to #parkrun after arriving back from holiday to blow the cobwebs off! Over 1000 runners and walkers today, so a crowded start as well as finish (!) 452 #parkruns with 341 at #nonsuchpark with 31 minutes again today. @nonsuchparkrun
Lovely holiday in Isle of Wight with family which I captured some lovely pictures including a few here.
Great to get a first league win of the season thanks to a late goal and probably could've had a penalty earlier on. Subitutions obviously helped. Good to see my Dad enjoying the game as well as a pre match Guinness. #afcwimbledon 1 Wigan 0 #afcw
It rained!! It was nice run @nonsuchparkrun and slightly quicker run than last week in 31.02. 451 #parkruns overall at just 16 locations (obviously no tourist!) with 340 of those in #nonsuchparkrun #homeparkrun
Good experience visiting Craven Cottage for the 2nd round of the league cup. My first visit there for 25 years. Very enjoyable despite the result. Great atmosphere in the Putney end and enjoyed the match too! Fulham 3 #afcwimbledon 0 #afcw
