What does HIV stand for?
HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus – a virus that affects the body’s immune system.
With effective treatment, HIV can become undetectable. And when HIV is undetectable, it cannot be passed on through sexual contact.

In the first six months of 2026, our analysts discovered 6,310 realistic AI images of child sexual abuse, 40% more than recorded during the whole of 2025.
"These frontier companies are taking risks, and these are the consequences with those risks," says our CTO Dan Sexton. Because of the pace of AI development, "increasingly what we see is safety becomes a reactive thing."
