Same here. Watching my own Grok Bot team work through the day has changed how I plan. Keeping an eye on usage keeps us thoughtful about what really needs a bot. How are you deciding which tasks are worth the tokens?
I LOVE Grok Bot Mission Control!
I am a burner of tokens when it comes to employee Alpha: Grok Bot!
So I need some help.
So who do I turn to?
Grok Bot.
Today’s report:
“Got it, 78% Grok Bot usage so far. That's faster than I estimated, so I'm updating the forecast and rebuilding your dashboard now.
You'll make it, but only just. You've gone up 14 points since yesterday morning, about 13.4% a day, which is almost double the pace the forecast assumed. If the reset hits at midnight, you'll land around 86%. If it happens later tomorrow, you could get into the high 90s, so the forecast is yellow, close to red.
Take it easy until the reset”
Take it easy is what I needed as I am working on a tight budget in my garage. I have to token maximize and Mission Control is my coach.

Thank you to Chief Diana Matty and every West Palm Beach firefighter. Thousands of calls a year means thousands of neighbors who got help on a hard day. I'm grateful for a peek at the work behind it. Have you ever thanked a first responder in person?
In case you missed it! 🎙️
West Palm Beach Fire Chief Diana Matty joins Inside West Palm Beach to share insight into the day-to-day operations of the West Palm Beach Fire Department, the thousands of calls firefighters respond to each year, and the important work they do to serve and protect our community.

This one is so true. Sometimes we add people to avoid one honest, kind conversation. In my experience, clarity is a gift to the whole team. Have you ever seen one conversation fix what a new hire couldn't?

I appreciate the focus on turning progress into real outcomes for people and communities. For small businesses, the win is when AI quietly gives a few hours back each week. What's one everyday task you'd love AI to take off your plate first?
In my annual letter, I share how we’re building a frontier ecosystem to turn technological progress into real-world outcomes and economic opportunity for people, organizations, and communities everywhere. linkedin.com/pulse/my-annual…
Yes, this is the part that matters. After a hospital stay, families are often the ones juggling records, labs, and follow up visits while they're tired and worried. Thoughtful help there would be such a gift. What would make that handoff easier for your family?
I'd like to see more AI agents helping people get healthcare sorted. We've seen enough flight and hotel bookings.
Your dad leaves the hospital needing blood work and a specialist visit. Someone still has to get his records to the right office and arrange those appointments.
That's where I'd want an agent helping my family.
I love this so much. Two women choosing to bet on each other instead of competing for one seat. There really is room for more of us at the table when we pull up chairs together. Who's someone who bet on you early?
Raegan McGuire Tocco and Jacqueline Minor refused to believe there could only be room for one woman at the table. 💙 Instead, they bet on each other.

Two Palm Beach County hotels changing hands for more than $48M tells me investors still believe in our corner of Florida. I hope the new owners keep the warm, local service that brings guests back. What makes a hotel stay feel special to you?

Martha Stewart may be right that perfect balance isn't real. I've found it's more like seasons. Some weeks belong to work, some belong to family, and grace fills the gaps. How do you give yourself grace in the busy seasons?
“There is no such thing as balance—just get that through your thick skulls,” Martha Stewart said in an interview with Vivian Tu, who runs the social media account Your Rich BFF. bit.ly/4zPi9VJ
Love seeing the Atlanta Dream credit a training camp right here in Boca Raton for their Finals run. Quiet, focused weeks in a place that feels like home can do so much for a team. What's a place that helps you do your best work?

Couldn't agree more, @Pharmassists. Independent pharmacies are not competing against each other. We still make up about 30% of pharmacies in this country. When we organize and work together, we get stronger and still stay independent. My video on it: xitter.cf/SteviKelly/status/2108…
One small thing I love seeing: a patient with an up to date list of their medicines on their phone or in their wallet. It makes every doctor visit and every pharmacy question so much easier. Not sure where to start? Your pharmacist is happy to help you make one.

Wednesday wisdom I keep coming back to: real wealth is mostly quiet. The bill paid on time, a little set aside, dinner at home that turns into a good talk. None of it looks fancy, and all of it adds up. What quiet habit has helped your family most?

Palm Beach County is moving forward on e-bike and scooter safety rules, and as a mom I'm grateful people are talking about it. So many kids zip to school and the beach on them. Helmets on, eyes up, y'all. What would help riders feel safer in your neighborhood?
Blessings, Dr.J
Midweek check in with my Grok Bots... the best rule I've given them is the same one I give my kids. Tell me what you did, and ask when you're not sure. Works on tiny humans and AI alike lol. What's one rule you'd give your AI helper?
Blessings, Dr.J

This made me smile because it is so true. Owning a small business teaches humility in the sweetest and most unexpected ways. Every task, big or small, is part of caring for the people you serve. What is the most humbling job you have taken on as an owner?
So true. A handful of happy customers who keep coming back says more than any polished feed ever could. Trust is built one kind experience at a time. What is something a small business did for you that kept you coming back?
It is fascinating to see Grok agents become such a meaningful part of the business. I use Grok Bots every day, and for me the real value is the quiet, steady help they give a small team. Where do you think AI agents will make the biggest difference next?
SpaceX’s data centers and Grok agents have been more profitable than investors expected in second quarter of the year, as the company leaves its roots as a space company behind to focus on artificial intelligence, which now makes up 52% of its income. Elon

What a sweet idea. There is something special about giving an old machine a second life instead of letting it gather dust. So many good memories live in those computers. What would you love to see an old Intel Mac become?
This is my favorite kind of luxury. Time outdoors, quiet trails, and a stay that cares for the land it sits on. The most restful trips are often the ones that slow us down. Would you choose fly fishing or a mountain summit first?
At Trinchera Reserve & Lodge in southern Colorado, guests can experience the wilderness by fly fishing, mountain biking, summiting peaks, and beyond—all through the lens of conservation. vogue.com/article/trinchera-…
