Notes on cannabis communities on X: Let's be sure we use this tool as a way to keep our cannabis communication networks thriving. We have had many conversations about X as the new cannabis community, and even ran a poll on our Instagram. The thing that turns people off about X is the politics. If we have healthy, well-visited "X Communities" for our canna-fam, then more people will join us. Couple of notes on X Communities: Posts in communities now reach followers outside of the community as well as outside of the author's followers. We should be promoting (interacting with) exceptional content. The other benefit of communities is moderation. You can remove a post and it will still appear on the authors timeline, so their content isn't erased. Moderating for spam/fraud/etc will help us with having a high value cannabis community here on X. Please tag all cannabis meme-lords and popular cannabis accounts below. As requested, I will be putting out some shareable content to accelerate the cannabis community migration off of the platform that hates us most. Additional recommendations ? Please comment below.
