See these visually amazing and colourful mosaic tiles? Guess what you need to thank for that? Your eyes! Keep them healthy with a regular opticians visit- at least every two years. Eye examinations can identify future sight reducing problems that can be addressed early.

What we eat can affect our vision. Foods recommended for eye health include: Broad leaf greens such as kale and spinach, brightly coloured fruit and veg such as corn, carrots, orange sweet peppers and oranges, oily fish like salmon, tuna and mackerel, broccoli and eggs

It's the final weekend to shop at the Casa Rose Pop-Up Boutique in Woodstock! We will be open Saturday 10AM-6PM & Sun 11AM-4PM at Number 14, Marketplace, Woodstock. After the Autumn Pop-Up, we won't be returning to Woodstock until Spring! So make sure to pop down!
