Glad you've joined us.
The last film J.R. Bookwalter would make for 21 years (?!) Mega Scorpions (2003) to my knowledge STILL doesn't have a physical release. Deliberately campy, it's pretty bad, but whenever John Richardson is on screen, the film comes alive somewhat. Such is the magnificence of John Richardson!

Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (2004)
1.2 Hell Hath Fury
Telekinesis has come to Darkplace, but it's no laughing matter. Not everyone will make it through this episode. Someone will get screwed. How will the survivors Carrie on?
Another brilliant episode!

Garth Marenghi's Darkplace (2004)
1.1 Once Upon A Beginning
Presented as an unearthed low-budget horror/drama series. Strange goings-on at a local hospital, people spontaneously blowing up and whatnot.
The first episode is bloody brilliant and I wonder why I've never seen this before. I haven't laughed this hard in quite some time and can't wait to watch more!

This lil' snakey slasher is destined to always be in the HUGE shadow of the director's I Know What You Did Last Summer. Which is very understandable, as while Venom does have a pretty cool concept, it's done in a rather pedestrian way.
Worth a watch if you don't go in expecting much

The IT Crowd (2006)
1.1 Yesterday's Jam
Streaming on Prime Video
New supervisor, Jen who doesn't know a thing about computers, meets Roy and Moss, the socially awkward IT support workers that she's in charge of.
I love this series so much. Funny and endearing. The pilot sets up the dynamic quite well.

I'm 95% certain that the #AMCScreenUnseen tonight will be The Mongoose starring Liam Neeson, Michael Chiklis, Marisa Tomei, and Ving Rhames
For those viewers of Clayface who were thirsting for Tom Rhys Harries, you might like White Lines, a Netflix series from 2020.
If your tastes go more toward Naomi Ackie, Lady Macbeth on Tubi and Master Of None Season 3 episode 5 are the ways to go.
So whichever way you roll, I got ya fam😉
I can't stop thinking of how good Clayface was. I haven't been this enamored with a film since Masters of the Universe!

Pleasant Surprise Day
So what ya got on the good morning?
First thing is the THICK waffle scent that punches my nose as soon as I open the pack
Then a weird chicken aftertaste when I bite into it.
Wouldn't buy again, both the Banana Pudding and Deep Fried Oreos were much more pleasant than this...these smell good, but taste not so good 😂
JCVD as a corrupt cop hooked on H, yeah Until Death (2007) is a bit different than the normal Van Damme fare. He flexes his dramatic chops more than his physical ones here. I liked it, but then again I'm a huge fan of his.
