The 4 traits could be a helpful way to reflect on your goals. Look at them in two ways. Which trackers have been the most/least successful? Is it because they're aligned with the 4 traits? Is there a way to adapt and be more in line with one of the traits? buff.ly/2LgGESn

2/ Use a SIMPLE habit tracker to keep progress. Don't overcomplicate it. Can just be piece of paper. Or an app. I like the free @StridesApp.

As someone who struggles a lot with mental health, a big issue for me has been celebrating the little victories. Id write myself post it notes celebrating the wins and forgiving the losses. Just tried @StridesApp and I highly recommend it for goal tracking and motivation.
