Full Hunter Moon Blessings!!!
Centering on preparation, inner reflection, and transition, this moon marks nature's shift from the light half of the year into the cold, dark winter months. It invites us to engage in "shadow work": a sacred time to explore our hidden depths, shed the ego, and release old habits, doubts, or negative energies that no longer serve us...

VAMPIRES: TWO CENTURIES OF GREAT VAMPIRE STORIES Doubleday 1987 ed. Alan Ryan. Edward Gorey cover. In the pages of this book in all their glory, are some of the great #vampires in literature, male & female, invisible & metaphoric, doomed & daring! #31DaysOfHalloween

There’s always adoption so it’s not offensive - I feel in many aspects having children - or even other beings that one cares for over a long period of time helps us be less egocentric and more mature. And in my case have become great friends - it was a positive choice. 🧡
‘Jelly Ears’ - Always so pleased when the mushroom clan come to visit! 🍄🟫These are edible 😳 📸 String26 #backgardenforaging

From Sunday 25th the full moon is the Hunters Moon (if it doesn't get blown away by Storm Boleo!)
It signaled the time to go hunting in preparation for the winter ahead
I prefer the Cree name Migrating Moon in reference to the time when birds begin to fly south to warmer climes
