I don’t need to tell you how great Christian is, but I will anyways. It's rare to see a rookie garner this much respect instantly. He was a big voice and had a massive impact during our team conversations. All while picking up a secondary role with ease, and settling into a new environment. Thank you Christian for being that guy, you truly are the next generation of NA talent and I'm grateful to have had a chance to work with you.

Alvaro was an absolute work horse this year. Always first in and last out. Constantly trying to find new ideas for the team. Super detail oriented and driven to push those details onto everyone. Also don't play this guy in ping pong he is to nice. Good luck Alvaro excited to see what you do in the future!

It's been an absolute blast working with Max this year. My favorite thing about Max is the confidence he exudes. When you have a guy like that on your team, it’s hard for that confidence not to carry over to the rest of the team. On top of that, he’s an incredibly selfless teammate who will do whatever the team needs to win. If any coach/management needs more insight on Max feel free to reach out.

Conner is a coach’s best friend, he took over the reins of IGL mid split when we were in a tough spot as a team and played a massive role in enabling players on the team. He really set us up to be consistent day to day. He is the type of player who will constantly ask questions not only for himself but for others. Which leads to one of Conner's biggest strengths which is his ability to retain all the information that is given to him whether it's through server time, team feedback or individual feedback and apply it immediately. I'll always remember that 1v4 on Ascent, most hyped i've ever been as a coach. Good luck brother.

Words can't explain what Kez did for this team. Everything we asked of him he did it and more. If I had to use one word to describe it, "Grit." With all the road blocks we had this year he still pushed the team until the very end. When we started making a shift towards the end of the year to be a stronger team. He helped lead the culture shift and reset that needed to happen and without him we would've collapsed. Thank you so much Kez for being one of the more impactful players i've had a chance to work with, you truly made me a better coach and I know with the lessons learned from this year, you will lift a trophy.
