Every single Second Amendment legal case is the left arguing over definitions, loopholes, and phrasing while ignoring principles. At some point neither legal victories nor losses will matter. It will get down to who owns the firearms.

Tyrant Donald Tusk took a gamble and it's backfiring terribly. No one has come out in support for his illegal coup. He is going to be imprisoned for this.

It's happening. Poland's ambassadors are resigning in protest, Nawrocki has personally stormed the Constitutional Court, and NO ONE has come out in support of Tusk. The EU is LOSING the attempted coup. Tusk is going to be imprisoned. Keep fighting, Poland! 🇵🇱

This is really unbelievable considering he tried harder than anyone to “reset” with Russia. And before anyone says “that was before the 2014 invasion.” Yeah, he didn’t listen to the Balts/Romania/Poland warning about it and then he didn’t help Ukraine when it was invaded for fear of escalation. He is the king of Russia appeasement who led us where we are.

The EU calling itself a "democracy" is the biggest joke 😂 🇷🇴 Romania voted wrong, so they cancelled the election and banned the winner. 🇫🇷 France put Le Pen in an ankle tag. 🇩🇪 Germany spies on its biggest opposition party. 🇵🇱 Tonight Poland's Constitutional Tribunal was overthrown, in the middle of the night. This is a TOTALITARIAN regime hiding behind a blue flag. The EU is the opposite of the values it claims to stand for. It must be DESTROYED.

Europe has developed a pretty interesting definition of “protecting democracy.” 🇷🇴 Romania annulled a presidential election after Călin Georgescu finished first, then barred him from the rerun. 🇭🇺 Hungary’s new government rewrote the constitution with retroactive limits that block Viktor Orbán from becoming PM again and later approved rules barring long-serving MPs from the next parliamentary election. 🇩🇪 Germany’s domestic intelligence service classified the AfD as extremist, opening the door to much heavier surveillance of the country’s biggest opposition party. 🇫🇷 France upheld Marine Le Pen’s conviction, kept restrictions on her political future and ordered her to wear an electronic ankle tag. 🇪🇸 In Spain, more than a dozen people tied to Pedro Sánchez’s political and personal circle have been investigated or prosecuted in separate corruption cases, while Sánchez himself has not been charged. 🇬🇧 Britain postponed local elections during a sweeping reorganization of local government, triggering a petition accusing the government of voter suppression. 🇵🇱 And now Poland has police surrounding its Constitutional Tribunal while the government and opposition accuse each other of trying to seize control of the court. The real red line in Europe may not be democracy... It may be leaving the club. Writer: Sol

You can cancel an election and ban the winner from running (Romania), you can ban your opponents from ever running again (Hungary), you can threaten to ban the main opposition party and subject it to relentless investigations by the secret police (Germany), you can threaten a ban on the leading presidential candidate and make them wear an ankle monitor (France), every member of your circle can be investigated for corruption (Spain), you can try and cancel local elections because you will lose them (Britain), and you can storm the constitutional court with riot police because you want to control it (Poland). You can just do all these things. The secret is you just have to be on the right side of the European Commission.

So, it's a gotcha and not a serious attempt at discussion? I mean, I did know that already, but I just want to clear up with you that is what it is. Don't deny it if it's true - and I suspect it is. Tell me, did you support Joe Biden? A man who outright said that what he was doing was Unconstitutional but he would push it anyway to get as much of it done before the Supreme Court stopped him? Something that should be "immediately offensive to anyone who actually supports America and what America represents"? Or Talarico, who has basically declared war on a religion he purports to follow and everyone in it, while supporting teaching competing religions in schools (like atheism, gender theory - which is a religion at this point, etc)? A fellow whose positions should also be "immediately offensive to anyone who actually supports America and what America represents"? Does that "tell me all I need to know about your beliefs"? . My voting for a candidates in a first past the post two party system with no other options (French's opponent is also "immediately offensive to anyone who actually supports America and what America represents", with things like his blatantly discriminatory policies like demanding greater transgender representation at the expense of cisgender persons). I could say that tells me "all I need to know about your beliefs". . But it doesn't. It doesn't tell me anything, nor does it tell YOU anything. You just want it to. This is the kind of non-discourse that is utterly TOXIC to modern America. You and I could be talking about policy disagreement. Instead, you're trying to use a "You voted for one of the only two viable candidates in a democratic election, how DARE you!" as a gotcha to AVOID an actual discussion about policy. . That DOES tel me quite a bit about you and your beliefs: That you want to win power at any cost to oppress anyone who you disagree with, and will abuse their goodwill and attempt to morally manipulate them, and to slander them if that doesn't work, to obtain it. Do you deny it? If so: Let's talk. For real. Not in gotchas, gaslighting, and caricatures. Do you think you can do that? Because I'm up for it. Are you? teapawt.org/SaraForTexLege/status/…
Bo French is blatantly racist and has a fundamental misunderstanding of the United States Constitution. He should be immediately offensive to anyone who actually supports America and what America represents. So, if you support him in any capacity, it really tells me all I need to know about your beliefs.

In a nutshell? Caricatures, hyperbole, gaslighting, and propaganda. Most people couldn't even say what MAGA is as an actual list of policies if their lives depended on it, yet they're certain they need to attack and defeat MAGA, despite not being able to point to anything concrete. It's all caricatures and gaslighting. I remember the TEA Party movement. Its entire core philosophy was pretty bog standard Republican, just if they actually MEANT it instead of just lip service to the base with no intent of following through on it. Basically, lower taxes, smaller government, balanced budgets. I remember they were demonized and slandered - every last one of them - as racist white supremacist misogynists. Nothing in their policies or what they wanted was any of that. It didn't matter. Marvel Comics even put out a special Spiderman comic with guest star President Barak Obama teaming up with Spiderman to stop the ambiguous-but-clearly-KKK enemy that were unmistakably supposed to be the TEA Party. A group of mostly middle-aged to older middle-class people who just wanted a more Constitutional (limited/smaller) government that didn't borrow money and spend into debt. The same thing happened to MAGA. At its core, the MAGA movement is essentially (80-90%) 1990s bog standard Democrats. What was normal back when the Democrats were a normal party. But they've been demonized, caricatured, and slandered as fascistic Nazis who are also insurrectionist rebel Confederates who are also super stupid white nationalist rednecks who are also super smart long game white supremacist authoritarians who are also warmongers who are also isolationist incel hermits. It doesn't matter that half those things are incompatible with each other, they're all believed simultaneously by people who don't have the intellectual curiosity or mental integrity to investigate the claims, speak with normal people and articulate apologists of the ideology, and make a fair and objective determination. Doesn't help that Democrats had uncontested control of 85+% of the media and effectively 100% of social media for years, cementing these views, before losing Twitter (which is still not the majority of social media) and Democrats still have majority control of opinion media in print, broadcast television, and cable television to this day, as well as academia and teachers in K-12 formative year education. That's a lot of cementing views into people before they even get to the point of making their own analyses. . THAT is why.
Maybe ask yourself why so many are turning away from the republicans…🧐

For decades we all voted for the horseshit that was served us. Bush. Bush again. McCain. Romney. We did it. We showed up. These ingrates turn around and walk away when it’s their turn to hold their nose. They don’t ever deserve to lead us.
I was a Republican city councilman. I flipped burgers at 14 to pay my way to the RNC. I named my dog Mitt. To my Republican family: you don't have to become a Democrat to vote against Ken Paxton.

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED IN WARSAW IN THE LAST FEW HOURS — IN ORDER: → Riot police in helmets and shields move onto the grounds of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal, the court that checks laws against the Constitution → The court's website says its president and vice-president are suspended for one month — not by parliament, by one judge President Nawrocki refused to swear in, who now takes over → Nawrocki, over Spain on his way to Senegal, turns his plane AROUND and heads back to Warsaw → The court's own X account answers — the website was unlawfully taken over, that judge "is not a judge" and everyone involved is committing a COUP → The justice minister asks to lift both men's immunity — and sends 50 volumes of case files to that same judge Nawrocki's reason, in his own words: "At such a moment, the President must be in Poland." Not a scheduled return. Not a technical stop. Nawrocki heard what was happening at one court — and the whole Senegal trip waited. That's the sequence. And the list of people in that fight tells you everything about what this night is actually about: → A suspended vice-president shut outside a gate locked from inside, saying "a coup is happening" → An opposition that says police stormed the building and closed every entrance on Prime Minister Tusk's orders — "from today Poland becomes a police state" → A prime minister who calls it restoring the rule of law: "There is no other way" Police answer: no officer is inside the building, only on the outer grounds. They say that same judge warned of "threats" to judges and staff, objects were thrown at officers and 3 people were detained for jumping the fence. The fight underneath: parliament elected new judges, Nawrocki refused to swear in some of them and the court's president kept them off the bench. The government says it is securing the site during that fight. Its justice minister: "the state must protect the judges." This isn't just a court dispute. It's a constitutional crisis on wings — and it turned a presidential plane around over Spain because Nawrocki wasn't done fighting. One court. Two people claiming to run it. One month on the suspension order. Tag the friend who swears a court fight like this could never happen inside the EU.

Here’s what going down in Poland. Basically a judge never having been swarm in has removed the President and Vice President from office. The President was on a plane to Africa and has since turned the plane around to deal wth Tusks attempt to overthrow the government. Poland is about to get weird.
