My most feminist take is that society would probably be a lot better if we taught women how to actually take their emotions seriously, as emotions rather than facts, and process through them without reinforcing those emotions or encouraging them into delusion. The feminist part is that I believe women are humans and can do this, but they rarely do it in a self-actualized way. Someone’s gotta teach ’em.

The epidemic of the Internet projecting male sexuality onto women continues A lot of men cry foul if a woman says she doesn't find Henry Cavill, Brad Pitt, or Leonardo DiCaprio attractive. They refuse to believe it Because when it comes to female celebrities, men tend to agree on which women are universally beautiful (Elizabeth Hurley, Megan Fox, Sydney Sweeney) Even if men don't agree on how beautiful some female celebrities are, you don't see men saying "ew" at someone like Emma Watson so much as "she's not my type, but I'd still sleep with her" But women don't rate men the same way We know this partly because of the infamous OKCupid study the chuds love to take out of context - the one showing women rated a majority of men as "below average" in looks, yet still messaged and went out with them anyway (in other words, it didn't say all women are only sleeping with the top ten percent of men; to the contrary, it found the opposite to be true) But why did the chuds read that study so wrong? Because they can't stop projecting male sexuality onto women, they completely missed the point: women are far more willing to date men who don't fit a standard visual mold because women do not select exclusively for looks Men and women reproduce differently, which means we evolved different mating strategies Men rate female attractiveness on a standard bell curve. Visual traits associated with youth and fertility trigger passive baseline attraction for the overwhelming majority of women A man might have a personal "type" - brunettes over blondes, tall over short - but because his physical investment in reproduction can be virtually zero, his threshold for physical intimacy remains low That is why a man will look at a woman who isn't his specific ideal and say, "She’s not my type, but I’d still sleep with her" Almost no man looks at Emma Watson and experiences a genuine, visceral turn off ("ew"), because his brain classifies visual fertility markers as an immediate green light Women, in contrast, do not evaluate men on a bell curve. They evaluate men on an all or nothing basis Because women bear the entire physical and metabolic burden of pregnancy, childbirth, and nursing, their evolutionary baseline isn't "Is he hot enough for a quick encounter?" it's much closer to "Is this man safe, reliable, and compatible enough to risk my survival on?" When a woman says "ew" to a guy like Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, or Henry Cavill, it isn't because she can't see their symmetrical features It’s because female attraction is holistic. A specific guy's aura, demeanor, archetype, or reputation can trigger an immediate mismatch or safety red flag in a woman's brain, regardless of his looks, because it's based on her, not him (literally "it's not you, it's me") A hyper-masculine guy might signal strength to one woman, but signal aggression or volatility to another. A slick playboy archetype might signal status to one woman, but untrustworthiness and abandonment risk to another While men evolved to select for visual markers of fertility, women evolved to select for complex behavioral traits: emotional intelligence, stability, loyalty, competence - none of which have anything to do with looks If you still don't believe me, ask Playboy They were doing so well selling magazines of naked women to men they thought women would want their own magazines full of handsome naked men, so they called it Playgirl And only gay men bought it. Women were not interested Because "safety" and "compatibility" look wildly different to every individual woman based on her own personality, past experiences, and values, women will never have a consensus on male attractiveness Men select against a uniform biological template; women select for individual alignment Male attraction asks, "Is she fertile?" Female attraction asks, "Can he keep me safe?" That is why the male fantasy of an undisputed "alpha face" that every woman desires simply doesn't exist
Why do so many men have trouble understanding the concept that a guy can be conventionally handsome & still not be appealing to an individual woman? Endless women crush on Jack Black. Adam Driver. Jeremy Allen White. It's almost like women don't require a literal Ken doll to be turned on, and literal Ken dolls can be appealing but aren't always. Does this tell us something about *male* attraction? Can men not fathom not being attracted to a a conventionally attractive woman?

The way this worked for me was going a wee bit overboard (ok a lot overboard) on looking sexy. I didn't understand the social rules on how sexy you were allowed to look. I didn't get why my friends often wanted a theme/dress code for the night. I didn't get why girls would ask how slutty I was going because apparently you couldn't go MORE slutty than your friends 😂 So I lived in corset tops, latex leggings, leather pants, sexy dresses, always had makeup on, spray tanned, got blonde highlights, etc. I very rigidly tried to look "sexy." Even during the daytime I'd be showing skin. Then once I was more socially confident, I calmed TF down. So I'd say the big thing with an autist is attempting to achieve a certain look or vibe without really understanding the social rules that apply to clothing. I will never understand why you're only "allowed" to look super sexy on Halloween or at a music fest, so I just... ignored the rule. But I could see an autistic woman more visually aware than I am picking up on fashion & beauty trends quite easily. We have excellent pattern recognition. I just have aphantasia (more common in autists than the general population), so that's a struggle for me 🤷‍♀️
the propaganda i won’t fall for is “autistic girl whose special interest is being hot”. i don’t believe 95% of u. being conventionally attractive and trendy requires a level of social awareness

This is the best summary I’ve ever seen on the situation. Women DO need to be attracted to their partners. The fact this is groundbreaking info for men in 2026 is bleak. Yes, your looks matter. Now go do something about it. Women spends thousands of dollars per year upping their looks. None of us, not a one, feel bad for you if you’re not at least doing the same. Buck up. Stop gambling. Log off. Go to the salon, or the medspa, probably Turkey. Men never treat dating like charity and women aren’t anymore either.
she meets a guy who is fine on paper. he has a stable job, he texts back on time, he remembers what she said about her sister, he doesn't play weird games. she feels nothing romantic toward him, tells her friends, and everyone around her says the same thing: you're used to toxic guys, you're being too picky, attraction can grow if you just give it time. so she decides to be mature about it. she goes on a third date, and a fourth, and a fifth. she tells herself that maybe this is what healthy dating is supposed to feel like, and then she spends the whole drive home from every dinner sitting in traffic trying to convince herself that she had a good time. if you have ever been the guy on the other side of that dynamic, you know how hard it wrecks your confidence, even when she never says a word about it. she is polite to you. she thanks you when you pick up the bill. she introduces you to her friends and says you're a really good person. and then when you reach for her hand across the table or try to kiss her in the car, her shoulders go stiff for half a second before she catches herself and leans in. nobody has to say out loud that the attraction isn't there. you can feel it in the room. you feel it in the way she never initiates physical contact first. you feel it in the way she always remembers she has an early morning whenever you hang out past nine. you feel it in the way you start working twice as hard to be helpful, funny, and agreeable because some part of you knows that if you stop being useful, there is nothing else holding the two of you together. and when it finally ends three or four months later, the guy is completely blindsided. from his side, nothing went wrong. they never fought, he was always supportive, he did everything a good boyfriend is supposed to do. she ends up breaking it off over something small or vague because she can't bring herself to say the real truth, which is that she never wanted him in the first place and just ran out of energy to keep pretending. a lot of men were taught to think about attraction like a checklist you complete. if you show up, behave well, listen to her problems, and don't do anything wrong, you have met the requirements and she owes you a trial period. when a woman says no, they take it like an unfair grade on their effort instead of the simple fact that the spark isn't there. desire gets treated like something she is holding back out of spite, instead of a gut feeling she doesn't control. reversing the genders makes the whole argument collapse right away because men never treat attraction like a charity project. if a guy feels nothing when he looks at a woman, her being sweet and loyal doesn't make him feel obligated to date her. he doesn't sit down with his friends for three weeks trying to force himself to want her because she would make a reliable partner on paper. he just knows he isn't into her. the reason women get pushed into doing this so often is that women are raised to treat a man's effort as a debt they have to repay. if he was nice to you, if he drove forty minutes to see you, if he paid for dinner, turning him down feels like being cruel. so instead of hurting his feelings for ten minutes on a tuesday night, she spends four months starving both of them inside a relationship she never wanted to be in. getting told no stings for a week, and then you get over it and go find someone who lights up when you walk into the room. talking someone into dating you out of guilt doesn't get you love. it gets you a partner who respects your character, feels terrible about their lack of spark, and has to brace themselves every time you touch them

I think its genuinely crazy that tumblr taught an entirely generation of ppl that what makes your arguments correct is not the what you are actually saying, but your identity while saying it Mass delusion

when I was 16 years old, I also believed that the reason I couldn't enjoy anything was because I was operating on a "higher plane of conciousness" and everyone else was just dumb turns out I was just immature and depressed learning how to enjoy things IS wisdom.
Clavicular says he can’t enjoy normal life because he sees past the lies that low-sentience people believe in. When asked what people don’t understand about him: "I don't think anyone will ever really understand me. I don’t really like to get that deep with people. Never have, probably never will." When asked why he feels disconnected from everyone else: "I feel like I'm able to see past the facades and lies so easily that nothing can be fun. I can’t enjoy things the way low sentience people can, like sports."

humour is an advantage in sexual reproduction because it signals an intelligence you can't fake. you can use all the technical jargon and name-drop philosophers you want. none of that shows your pattern recognition and cognitive flexibility like a contextual, well timed joke.

I'm the kind of guy who tries to see value in all cultures, but if you're executing people for having sex then sorry, you're just barbaric. I am a better person than you, my values and culture are superior to yours, and I hope your culture perishes. Also goes for blasphemy laws
For those of you who are still being mislead by the fake news of the execution in Saudi. Here is what really happened. Now judge it yourself. Nazrul Islam and Sithi Akter, two Bangladeshi nationals employed as cleaning workers for the Bin Laden Group in Mecca, became romantically involved while commuting to work. Nazrul lived in a residential villa in Hayyal Iskan, while Sithi resided in Batha Kuraysh. In May 2023, the two engaged in illicit relations in a secluded stairwell room between Gates 85 and 87 of Masjidul Haram. Nazrul had asked an Indian acquaintance to stand guard downstairs, but the friend secretly recorded the encounter on video. Later, when the Indian national attempted to make advances toward Sithi and was rejected, he leaked the video online. The video quickly went viral, prompting immediate intervention by Saudi authorities, who successfully apprehended all three individuals. The Indian national received a 20-year prison sentence for recording and distributing the footage. Nazrul Islam and Sithi Akter were detained immediately following their arrest in May 2023. Nazrul had originally arrived in Saudi Arabia from Bangladesh between November 10 and 13, 2022. Following his arrest in May 2023, he remained incarcerated throughout a lengthy three-and-a-half to four-year judicial process leading up to October 2026. Throughout this period, official protocol dictated that the Saudi government notify the employer (sponsor) rather than foreign government authorities. Various rumors circulated online falsely claiming that the individuals were pilgrims performing Umrah or that the charges stemmed merely from public displays of affection. While the defendants were unmarried, the severity of the legal outcome was not solely based on the act of zina (adultery). Because the offense took place within the sacred precincts of Masjidul Haram, the court determined that they had severely violated the sanctity and honor of Islam's holiest mosque. Consequently, senior judges of the Supreme Court handed down the death penalty as an exemplary punishment aligned with Quranic principles and the Sunnah.

Okay, genuine advice for the non-Chads. This is not bait. This is real advice. If you want a woman, if you want a relationship, and if you want a woman who is consistent and sticks around, you actually have to offer what Chad doesn’t. You have to offer commitment. You have to offer commitment BEFORE sex. You have to offer courtship. You have to offer dates. You have to offer gifts. You have to offer all of the things that would make her see how you’re different and make a relationship with you more enticing than a casual thing with Chad. You may not like this, and I think a lot of the time there’s a lot of resentment, so the non-Chads don’t want to do it. “Wah, wah. Why should I have to put in all the effort if Chad doesn’t?” Because you’re not Chad. Because he gets to do something you don’t. End of story. You don’t like it? Too bad. Grow up. This is life. This is what you have to do if you want to get a partner. There’s literally no way around it.
