I have a Crestron Adagio AES whole house system complete with AAS, and XM tuner. The XM tuner card is acting up and I suspect needs a new antenna. The house was completely wired during the original construction, and the current antenna wiring goes through a completely finished basement.
Looking for recommendations for a quality current or previous installer that can help me out.
Reardon Sullivan, the chairman of the Committee for Better Government, said he wants to see county executive term limits on the ballot because "it's the right thing to do." wtop.com/montgomery-county/2…

The County Council is planning to vote to override the “Ficker Amendment” and put a referendum on the ballot to make it easier to raise taxes.
The current County Charter requires a unanimous vote of the County Council to raise taxes. The requirement was just put in place in 2008 by a vote of the people to limit the excessive tax increases.
If we want to stop this measure we must show up at the Council hearing on July 16 at 1:30 pm, and to call and e-mail all the members of the County Council and tell them “NO” to overriding the 2008 ballot amendment.
I am concerned about the state of Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS). Therefore, I am supporting Brenda Diaz for school board.
MCPS has been plagued with poor performance on the national stage, with financial payouts, scandals, and teacher retention problems.
I believe Brenda Diaz, as a local mom with 20 years of teaching experience and kids in MCPS, is the right choice for bringing positive change. She supports academic excellence and increased safety in schools. Brenda Diaz brings relevant experience, local understanding, and a commitment to improving MCPS.
Contrast Brenda Diaz with Natalie Zimmerman. Zimmerman is a 26-year-old, gender and health graduate with only 5 years’ teaching experience and a newcomer to the County. A person with no children, very little experience, who wants to allow MCPS to keep secrets from parents should not be on the MCPS school board. I question her qualifications and alignment with parents, particularly her stance on transparency.
Let’s get behind Brenda and bring positive change to our schools.
Great News - The Board of Elections acknowledging that we have submitted over 90% of the signatures required to put term limits on the ballot in November. Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike support this ballot imitative.

The Montgomery County Council is considering a referendum to make it easier to raise taxes by overriding the current requirement of a unanimous vote.
This requirement was put in place by the people to limit excessive tax increases.
It's crucial to reach out to all Council members and advocate to preserve the unanimous vote clause. facebook.com/gopmontgomery/ #MontgomeryCounty #TaxPolicy #LocalGovernment
Let’s stop the double talk, playing politics and wasting the voters money... We need term limits in Montgomery County!
On June 18th, the handpicked puppets of the County Council, known as the Charter Review Commission, have stated their opposition to term limits for the County Executive.
Now the County Council will put a competing measure on the ballot the is clearly meant to confuse, obfuscate, and nullify the current term limits petition. They will be doing this with NO PUBLIC INPUT.
More laws without County Input ...
We need you to spread the word, help us stop the double talk and enact term limits for the County Executive.

The Committee for Better Government delivered 12,139 signatures in the first of three planned submissions to get term limits on the ballot. I was a team effort. Based on the BoE data, the majority of the petition signers were Democrats and Independents who understand the importance of term limits.
Term limits are just good governance … if two terms is good enough for Reagan, Obama, and Hogan, isn’t it good enough for our County.

Baltimore bridge thoughts.
Weather was clear.
Departing ships have assigned harbor pilots.
Visibility was good.
There are many possible causes.
Most likely: A mechanical failure of a key ship's system such as a jammed rudder.
Least likely: A deliberate collision with the bridge.
Unfortunately, the Baltimore bridge collapse is not without precedent.
A bridge in Tampa collapsed in a similar fashion in 1980 after its supports were hit by a ship.

In 2018 there was a large county wide debate on changing school boundaries. Central to the activists trying to change them were @LauraStewartBoe and sitting BOE member Jill Ortman-Fouse. During the debate Jill publicly claimed that anyone who bought a house based on what school it fed into was participating in intuitional racism. This received some letter and comments. In a series of email threads, Jill, Laura and others mocked these comments. Below is one from @LauraStewartBoe.
Translated for you:
"I am not surprised" -- there are racists everywhere around us that are too ignorant to see they are being racists by opposing this.
"You will need a better argument" - buying a house based on a school system is an absurdity...this is despite MoCo marketing this.
"All homeowners can claim this" - your opinion won't be listened to and countered with facts, must less considered as relevant.
Be careful what you vote for MoCo.

Letter to the editor: Does Jawando’s 'Freedom to Leave Act' make us less safe?
He doesn't get that of the 37,000 police stops there were only 15 complaints; that 99 firearms were recovered from traffic stops and that traffic stops included 291 consent searches which recovered firearms, crack cocaine, distribution amounts of marijuana and stolen property
