Its tallest structure reaches a height of 106 m, and the maximum weight of an erected tower reaches 150 MT. EAAA India's IPO brings the alternatives business into focus. The number to look at here is fee-paying AUM, not total AUM alone. As of June 2026, total AUM stood at ₹95,345 crore, while fee-paying AUM was ₹48,623 crore. The latter grew at a three-year CAGR of 23.43% through FY26. This is the asset base on which the company earns management and advisory fees. That shows up in the income mix. Management and advisory fees rose 20.76% in FY26 to ₹579.07 crore, accounting for 60.08% of total income. FY26 profit after tax stood at ₹265.20 crore, against ₹229.78 crore a year earlier. Real assets and private credit are the two main businesses. Real assets alone contributed ₹28,040 crore of fee-paying AUM as of June 2026. Sekura, EAAA's wholly owned subsidiary, provides in-house asset operating and management support. Its work includes operations, maintenance, monitoring and efficiency improvement, adding an operating role alongside the investment business. The anchor book raised approximately ₹360 crore, with 21,62,161 shares allocated at ₹1,665 per share. Participants included HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, alongside global investors including Government Pension Fund Global and Schroders. The ₹1,200 crore IPO is entirely an offer for sale, so the proceeds go to the selling shareholder, not the company. A growing fee base is one part of the picture; fund performance and the timing of performance-linked income also matter. Read the RHP before investing
