Marvel's All-New All-Different Era began in 2014. The idea was to replace White and Male characters with female, browns and LGBT. Like making Sam Wilson the Captain America. Many didn't work like Jane Foster as Thor or Riri Williams as Iron-Man (later Iron Heart)
