We can confirm that this was an issue and has since been resolved!

This issue should be resolved now!

Hey there, this issue should be resolved now!

Having a physical copy vs. digital would not make a difference in the crashing you are experiencing. We are continuing to investigate a few isolated reports of crashing occurring. Did you mention that you didn't experience any crashing after playing SMB4 on a different profile?

What were you doing when the game crashed?

Yep, that’ll change things. Only Super Mega League and Legends League come with a default alternate jersey already in a slot.

Yes, they did make their way into existing Franchises! In your Franchise Hub, go to "My Team" then "Team Visuals," then "Edit Uniforms" and finally "Select Uniform" (you'll likely need to select "Add Uniform" from this menu). The Super Mega League and Legends League teams will come with 1 of those slots already filled in.

Update 5 is currently rolling out on all platforms. Here are the patch notes: reddit.com/r/SuperMegaBaseba… #supermegabaseball4

Any chance your player already has this trait (or two traits) or has maxed out their power?

All Super Mega League teams will have alternate jersey slots!

No plans on adding this to SMB4 but I'll share this feedback with the devs!
