DAY 7 GREECE TO UK BY BIKE - a day off in the Albanian capital, Tirana.
Have spent most of the day being treated to delicious food and drink by strangers/new friends!

The next time I come to Albania I will definitely bring a proper off road bike.
My route so far is testing the limits of my road bike and bike handling skills!!!

Here is the 'Magic Letter' I carried round the world. I got a version of it translated in every language I rode through. It was invaluable for explaining what I was doing. (Pic is from the book 'Thunder and Sunshine')
