Square has been talking about adding more compilation characters in Revelation and everyone assumes that means Genesis will be in the game
But watch it be Evan, someone 99% of the fandom has no clue even is
One of the most surprising things about watching other people play FF7 Rebirth is how many people struggled with the final Sephiroth fight
I'm like "are you kidding me it's one of the easiest fights in the whole game"
Whenever I see people praising the combat in FF16 I notice that they always leave out the fact you don't get Clive's full moveset until like 40 hours into the game
Or the fact that your stuck using just two Eikons for the entire first half of the game
Despite being the mascot of the series most Final Fantasy's just have chocobos as mounts and they barely contribute to a game's identity
FF7 goes pretty hard comparably with it's chocobo inclusion. Breeding, racing, fighting, and now we have a dedicated character in Piko

If you removed Cloud Tifa wouldn't have any reason to be a part of the story
She only exists in game to be a part of Cloud's backstory
At best she would still be Avalanche's bartender and at worst she probably would've died during the Nibelheim incident

Before the final battle with Sephiroth the party splits to go see their love ones
I hope we get to see each of them in Revelation. Like the inverse of the trials in Rebirth
