Joel was so genuinely supportive & enthusiastic in all his interactions. He treated everyone with kindness & respect. He will be deeply missed.
We are heartbroken to share that our founder, Joel Sherzer, passed away on Nov. 6, 2022. Joel was an inspirational professor, a inspiring colleague, a truly kind person, and an unflagging supporter and promoter for AILLA. He is sorely missed.
