SWARM has landed its first commercial project
German Solar Power selected us to build autonomous drone surveillance for solar parks in Greece.
The mission: detect intruders, fires, hotspots and equipment failures—then dock, recharge and patrol again

On Oct 15, the Secretary of State for Business, Economic Diversification and Innovation joined us to open our office, alongside our investors @Ever_BlueGreen, clients and industry leaders.
Thanks to the 40+ people who came. Now we execute.
SWARM quarterly update to stakeholders.
A year ago, SWARM started with a thesis: open competition on Bittensor builds better autonomy than a closed lab, and a physical lab turns that autonomy into products people pay for.
The thesis now has customers. Two contracts signed in two months.

10,000 attendees. 300+ speakers. Almost no robots.
Last week Swarm was at World Summit AI in Amsterdam, as one of 11 Andorran companies selected by Andorra Business. Thank you for making it happen.🇦🇩
Two things stood out:
→ Physical AI was still a niche. By my count it was maybe 2% of what was on show.
→ Agents were everywhere, with many teams building their own version of the same software.
When anyone can ship an agent in a weekend, software alone stops being a moat. The hard problems move to the real world: hardware, weather, night operations and aviation regulation.
That's our focus at Swarm. We're the autonomy layer for unmanned aircraft, starting with SWARM Sentinel, a docked drone built to patrol and inspect critical infrastructure day and night.
We left Amsterdam convinced the next chapter of AI happens off the screen. That's the one we're building.

Europe's solar parks suffer 5,000+ major thefts a year.
Swarm Sentinel is built to catch them: a drone that leaves its dock, patrols day and night and spots intruders on thermal.
It runs on the DJI Matrice 4 and DJI Dock 3, the same hardware that will be deployed on the real site, closing the gap between simulation and reality.
