Last week Eladio Robles, our Country Head and MD, participated at FICCI’s India Chem 2026, the 14th edition of India's flagship chemicals and petrochemicals event, held from 22–24 October 2026 at NESCO, Mumbai. At the forum, he highlighted how India can strengthen its position as a global hub for agricultural innovation, manufacturing excellence, and scientific advancement.

Standing with communities through challenging times.
For families affected by the recent floods in Assam, recovery begins with access to basic essentials.
Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Syngenta India supported the distribution of sanitary and hygiene kits to 4,000 flood-affected small tea grower families across Jorhat, Golaghat, Sivasagar and Charaideo districts.
Beyond essential supplies, the initiative seeks to support health, dignity and well-being at a time when families are navigating difficult post-flood conditions - with particular attention to women, adolescent girls, the elderly and persons with disabilities.
We stand with the farming communities that are at the heart of our work, supporting their well-being and resilience as they rebuild and recover.

More than 500 developers, data scientists, engineers, agronomists, product champions and digital experts came together at Syngenta’s DevCon 2026 in Pune under the theme “Sharper Together.”
The two-day gathering showcased how engineering excellence, AI and collaboration are coming together to build digital solutions with real-world impact for farmers.
Pune plays a significant role in this global digital journey: more than 90% of Syngenta’s digital agriculture solutions developed by its Pune-based technology teams support farmers and agricultural stakeholders across global markets.
DevCon 2026 demonstrated that the future of AgTech will be built through collaboration, continuous learning and innovation at scale.
