"My best day of the year"
That's how Inner Circle members are describing today after @epictrades1 put on a master class in money management for this market
As the market was melting down Thursday, DP kept everyone focused on the best risk/reward setups
That meant sizing up on $IBIT in the $36s... and trimming today above $40
Sizing up on $IGV in the $79s... and trimming today above $82
Buying $SLV as low as $60 after hours... and selling today above $69
And buying $HOOD lotto calls right before the close for $1.13... and selling them this morning over $8
That's a 608% winner overnight!!

Buy the Bad News
Major brand-name stocks often bottom when sentiment gets extremely negative.
During severe downturns, everyone wants to run away. But market dynamics frequently prove a contrarian rule: bad news sets bottoms, while good news sets tops. When sentiment reaches peak euphoria and universal praise, a stock is often topping out.
And on the flip side, when negative commentary dominates and an asset faces widespread criticism, selling tends to die out sooner than expected. This bottoming process typically unfolds after sharp gap-downs driven by weak earnings reports or narrative headwinds. You can see this with stocks like Nike $NKE.
When widespread capitulation occurs (fueled by poor financial results or ugly headlines) panic pushes prices to extremes.
And despair often means the darkness is coming to an end.
Holding through the initial volatility of a steep drop requires discipline, but entering when pessimism peaks provides a significant structural edge.
Once the bad news is fully absorbed and reflected in the price, you see a massive spike higher. Sometimes out of nowhere.

These technical analysis rules from @RedDogT3 are making a lot of sense these days...
teapawt.org/RedDogT3/status/191650…
3 Moving Average Rules for Active Traders
#1) Let the 8 and 21 day moving averages guide your short-term approach.
When the SPX/SPY is above the 8 and 21 day moving averages, I want to stay long with a Portfolio Approach.
Depending on the particular trend, I’ll be long 10-35+ stocks, ETFs, and cryptos that show relative strength.
#2) Don’t fight stocks trending above the 8 & 21 day moving averages. Ride them!
Want to go broke really fast? Bet against a stock trending above the 8 & 21 day moving averages.
#3) When the SPX breaks the 8 & 21 day, Get Tactical.
That means I start selling longs, starting with names showing relative weakness, and anything I’m not completely bullish on.

Next Week: Inflation and AI Earnings Take Center Stage
We're about to get a new wave of inflation data and AI earnings. Both could trigger big moves. Hopefully green ones!
The biggest economic event is Tuesday's Consumer Price Index (CPI) report. Investors want to see inflation cooling so the Fed has more room to cut interest rates. A hotter-than-expected number could put stocks under pressure.
As you know, there's been a lot of pressure lately and we don't need any more.
We'll get another inflation reading on Friday with the Producer Price Index (PPI), which tracks prices paid by businesses.
On the earnings front, AI infrastructure stocks are in the spotlight. CoreWeave ($CRWV) reports Tuesday evening, followed by Cerebras ($CBRS) and Applied Materials ($AMAT) on Thursday. These reports could give us important clues about the strength of AI spending.
$CRWV is a big one to watch. Because it feels like the market WANTS bad news out of them, especially on the credit side.
Other notable earnings include Constellation Energy ($CEG) on Monday and The Trade Desk ($TTD) on Tuesday.
We'll also get Germany's CPI on Wednesday, plus UK GDP and US jobless claims on Thursday. These reports will help show how the global economy is holding up.
Bottom line: Tuesday's CPI is the main event, but the AI earnings could be just as important for tech stocks. Expect a busy week with plenty of opportunities—and potential volatility.

$WMT at 46x earnings. $COST at 50x. $NVDA at 15x.
Does any of it make sense?
According to J.R. Romero, leader of T3 Live's Momentum Express Virtual Trading Floor, it doesn't have to.

I might have packaged it differently over the past 25+ plus years. But the
Methodology is the methodology. Very Simple, takes emotions out, and opinions out.
A reliable system over time.
