SCE PSPS UPDATE: VICASA & HORNTOAD CIRCUITS REMAIN WITHOUT POWER Weather conditions have improved, and SCE has begun power line inspections. Estimated restoration: 12 PM today (10/17), subject to change. Power cannot be restored until safety inspections are complete.

- SC Edison is reporting that the Paradise Circuit that serves all of Old Canyon will likely be shut off in next four hours. No proposed timeline given for restoration. - Vicasa continues to be shutoff.

They are requesting that all customers, including all of City of Malibu, immediately conserve water to help maintain system stability, until further notice.
