It’s #PatientAccessWeek! Our patient access services are provided by patient registration and scheduling teams, often the first encounter a patient has with the health system. Their goal is to collect accurate information from patients to ensure a smooth healthcare journey.
With hospitals reporting patient-level clinical data, financials and operational info in the same way with unified structures, datasets and methods, the ability to generate insights and improvement opportunities at scale is massive. Huge untapped opportunities…
