Dear Justice Jocelyne Gagné Sixteen families buried their kids. That doesn’t fade. It doesn’t get reviewed. It doesn’t get stayed. And now we’re told “family considerations” matter most. Let’s be clear. The decision to build a life here happened after a tragedy that ripped through a province and left permanent scars. Deportation was never some distant, unknown risk. It was ALWAYS part of the reality. So when that reality suddenly bends, people notice. Because the only families who never got a second chance… are the ones in Saskatchewan. At some point, calling this “compassion” stops making sense. It starts to look like the system has lost its footing entirely. The fact he started a family knowing he could be deported reeks of opportunistic manipulation of our immigration system and irresponsible parenting. #DeportKillersNow
