💡Pro tips for Direct Swap users on @THORSwap & @MetroXchange (trading without need for wallet connection):
1. Send from self-custodial wallets only, sending from an exchange may result in failure or loss of funds.
2. Make sure you send the correct amount, asset on the correct network.
3. Depending on your wallet, Bitcoin/UTXO funds may not appear immediately after a swap has completed. A Bitcoin transaction usually shows up as "pending" in a personal wallet within seconds to a few minutes, but it takes about 10 to 60 minutes (1 to 6 confirmations) to be fully confirmed and spendable depending on the network.
4. Do not immediately close the tracker page once you've opened the deposit channel/sent the funds. It shows you the swap status and key transaction details.
We are working on offering the option to retain swap history but for now because Direct Swaps transactions happen externally to our app, tracking transactions are temporary/not automatically recorded.
