Newly obtained video shows Morley stealing a white 2008 Ford F-350, TN tag 138BBQV, around 1 a.m. today.

Today would have been Tpr. Hayden Phillips’ 29th birthday.
Our hearts are heavy as we remember Tpr. Phillips and the life, love, and dedication he shared with his family, friends, and the Kentucky State Police family. Though he is missed, his memory will forever remain with us.
Captain Kimbrough and Trooper Gilliam recently attended the THSO Banquet where Fall Branch took 2nd place between all the districts! 🥈
It was a great time being able to witness the recognition of agencies across the state, as well as networking with others 📱
