Bishop's Stortford Town Council has adopted its Old Cemetery Greenspace Action Plan 2026–2031, setting out how the cemetery will be managed to enhance biodiversity while preserving it as a respectful place of remembrance.

Hertfordshire Highways has advised that works will take place on Windhill from 5–28 August, between 8am and 7pm. Temporary two-way traffic signals will be in place on Windhill, and Bells Hill will be closed for the duration of the works. Please allow extra time for your journey.
