BREAKING: A mystery seller is trying to dump about $500 million in data center loans all at once, per Bloomberg, days after the midterms raised doubts about many projects.
The anonymous seller is auctioning a dozen loans, including a $25 million piece of financing for a huge Stargate site in New Mexico, the joint project of OpenAI, SoftBank and Oracle.
Oracle has already sent that site’s developer a force majeure notice, a legal claim that events beyond its control may excuse it from its obligations.

✅ Yale must eliminate the successor trustee system, reinstate the alumni petition process for the selection of all future trustees,
✅ Open voting to all members of the Yale community: students, staff, faculty, and alumni.
✅ Trustee meeting agendas must be published online one week prior to each board meeting, minutes must be made publicly available before the next scheduled meeting, and
✅ Board meetings must be open to the public, livestreamed online, and include time for public comment.
Interesting how Sean Hannity skirted around the issue of corruption while discussing what people do not like about our current government. He was willing to talk about Iran + ICE but not the most obvious thing making people very angry right now.
