May Police Officer Didarul Islam’s memory be a blessing.
Police Officer Didarul Islam represented the very best of our department.  He was protecting New Yorkers from danger when his life was tragically cut short today. We join in prayer during this time of incomprehensible pain. We will forever honor his legacy. #FidelisAdMortem

Do not come for my Costco leisure wear.
Lululemon has filed a lawsuit against Costco that accuses the wholesale club operator of selling lower-priced duplicates of some of its popular athleisure clothing. abcnews.link/7XNoxdR

Pope Francis was the rare leader who made us want to be better people. In his humility and his gestures at once simple and profound – embracing the sick, ministering to the homeless, washing the feet of young prisoners – he shook us out of our complacency and reminded us that we are all bound by moral obligations to God and one another. Today, Michelle and I mourn with everyone around the world – Catholic and non-Catholic alike – who drew strength and inspiration from the Pope’s example. May we continue to heed his call to “never remain on the sidelines of this march of living hope.”

250 years ago, on April 19, 1775, the 'shot heard 'round the world' echoed at Lexington and Concord, igniting the American Revolution.

This is my 31 autistic son Kelsey. He’s kinder than any republican. He works every day. Pays taxes. Spends hours a day learning. Helps others. And is way smarter than RFK will ever be.
RFK JR: And these are kids who will never pay taxes, they'll never hold a job, they'll never play baseball, they'll never write a poem. They'll never go out on a date. Many of them will never use a toilet unassisted

People in NYC making sure to separate 2 slimy chicken bones from their regular trash for mandatory composting and trillionaires abusing resources for a 5 minute trip to space. 🧐

The university will not surrender its independence or relinquish its constitutional rights. Neither Harvard nor any other private university can allow itself to be taken over by the federal government. hrvd.me/ResearchFunding25t

This is the late astronaut Sally Kristen Ride. The first American woman in space aged 32. A scientist, a PhD in physics, and major member of the NASA research team. I think I’d probably opt for her as an inspiration to young girls.
