The market appears to be gearing up for a move lower. We're seeing an unusually wide divergence between AI bottleneck names, which continue to exhibit relative strength, and much of the rest of the market, where breadth and momentum continue to deteriorate. We believe this type of bifurcation is often a warning sign rather than a sign of broad market health and may represent the prelude to a more meaningful correction in the days and weeks ahead. Adding to our concern, many of the AI leadership names themselves have become technically extended after an extraordinary advance. While their long-term trends remain intact, we believe these stocks are increasingly susceptible to sharp pullbacks if the broader market continues to weaken. Interestingly, one of our leading indicators, IWM, continues to outperform relative to the broader market. That is one of the conflicting signals preventing us from adopting an outright bearish stance today. However, the balance of evidence has become increasingly defensive. Members should not take this environment lightly. If you have significant long-term equity exposure, consider protecting it through appropriate hedges, including covered calls where suitable, protective puts, or offsetting bearish positions. Our objective is not to predict every move. It's to preserve capital while remaining positioned to capitalize when the next major opportunity presents itself. Stay disciplined. Stay selective. We believe the AI cycle has entered its mania phase. The breadth of this rally, which we’ve been in the entire time, has left bears frozen. As a team, we believe $BTC can still rise with the broader speculative tide. A move toward $100k or another 20–25% higher is possible in a stronger risk-on environment. But medium to long term, we do not believe the crypto story remains intact, nor that $BTC ultimately reclaims its highs. That is why crypto remains Neutral in the Macro Regime. The reason is simple: we believe the bulk of speculative money is flowing into AI, which is already obvious in semiconductors. The Oracle Sphere is the overarching market read.
